I graduated in 94.back then it was Andrew Jackson high school.so did my sister in 2002.

I'm writing this review because I don't know where else to post this. Yesterday, I went to Campus Magnet to vote, and while I was very happy with how I was received and with the staff on hand, I was extremely disappointed with how voters had strewn their fliers promoting candidates, all over the floor in the stairwells. This was steps away from a garbage can. I wonder who voters thought would clean this up. To vote at the school, one has to live in the area. Meaning, even if you don't send your children to this school (and I don't have children) you are disrespecting your neighborhood school. And it was such blatant disrespect, particularly on a day when we were exercising our right to vote as black people in a predominantly, if not all black area. I'm posting this because it was that out of control. Can we do better and show some respect? On the other hand, those who had volunteered at the booths were extremely nice, welcoming, and professional. I felt encouraged to get involved next year. The few bad apples, unfortunately, make it very hard for those of our leaders who work hard and genuinely care about the community.
