These people are wonderful. My iPhone XS Max was stuck in a never-ending, relentless boot-loop, for which I had spent hours to remedy by Googling and watching YouTube instructions to fix along with a trip to the AT&T store. The people at AT&T who are also great tried a few things (which I had tried but much more quickly) then told me about the Simply Mac store where I did have to wait for at least a half hour, but the Simply Mac gurus were able to save me $800 and a lot of headaches for $30. I’m so grateful to their expertise in all things Mac.

Wow, what an experience it was to have to get my phone fixed during a national health crisis. Simply Mac was there to help.

Abiding by all CDC Standards and guidelines is pertinent and they did as so. Amazing.

The gentleman with the wrist tattoos shaped as trees was one of the most dedicated and outstanding employees I’ve ever seen anywhere. Helping 3-4 different guests out at a time all while navigating a lengthy phone call to Apple support team for another guest. You don’t see multi tasking like that. And best of all he treated every guest the same, Happy to help and didn’t seem overwhelmed at all. Greeted every person with a smile and warm welcome. Even took the time to calm another upset guest over an issue with her Apple cares insurance. And dedicated his time to fixing the issue with Apple. And her as well.

The 2 other techs one female and another male “didn’t get their names”where outstanding as well considering my phone screen was cracked and didn’t have half the touch screen available they Jerry rigged a Bluetooth mouse and keypad to get access to the buttons that where unresponsive and didn’t give up until they where able to get my phone in the state that it needed to be to replace the screen.

Even getting my phone back they informed me that I lost service to my facial recognition security. And that it was on their end. I swore to them that I thought that it was on my end because I swear I was having issues with it. But they insisted that it didn’t read during diagnostics that it was messed up and that post diagnostics determined it was. That level of commitment to customer satisfaction is exemplary.

I won’t ever be going to a long queue at an Apple store. This team doesn’t make you feel like another customer. They treat you like a friend. That report they built with me will keep me coming back again and again. Absolutely amazing customer service and dedication to their craft. Outstanding Simply Mac.

I thought our 2011 MacBook was dead and they brought her back to life! From my first phone call to ask about how the process worked to walking into the store to picking up my fixed, updated laptop they provided impeccable service. I engaged with the assistant store manager every time and he was kind and thorough in explaining what I needed. Thank you for saving 8 years of family pictures!!

Couldn’t be happier. They were able to help get my Apple Watch replaced for free even though it was out of warranty. Way more helpful than the Apple operator that told me it was a lost cause. Almost $300 down the drain. I will never deal with Apple directly again. Simply Mac techs also seem more knowledgeable regarding service issues than the Apple Store at Kenwood. These guys are the best.

My computer got stuck in a state of updating software and would not allow me to access my hard drive and/or do anything other than turn on and off. I needed to submit an assignment for school by midnight and I came to Simply Mac at around 9:00pm. They fixed my computer within 15 minutes and their price was incredibly reasonable. It should also be noted that I was on the phone with Apple Support for over 90 minutes (and nothing was fixed/resolved). I cannot recommend this store enough.

Knowledgeable staff, very friendly and quick to help me. I love going to this store for the deals and because it is less chaotic than Kenwood Apple Store. They pretty much offer everything the Apple Store offers. I went to get my older mac book pro that I purchased from them previously (it was pre-owned), serviced but ended up buying a 2017 pre owned model. I was super thankful for the associate showing it to me but not being pushy about the sale in any way. Pros and cons were presented and the decision was totally mine and I am very happy with the decision to purchase the newer mac book pro.

In working with this Simply Mac location, I felt taken care all the way through my repairs. They were kind and methodical with resolving the issues with my iMac. Come to find out there were several things wrong with it and they were able to fix them all. I'd highly recommend anyone needing support for their Apple equipment to go here.

People think it is a game to wreck other people’s live by hacking them but I called the Apple Support and they were able to direct me to Simply MAC in WestChester Ohio on Liberty Way and those guys were awesome. They fixed my apple and put a new battery in it and it is like having a brand new computer, but it wasn’t expensive at all. They are just good guys helping out the little folks lol, no seriously I really appreciate all they did for me.

They were friendly, concerned, determined and so pleasant to work with! They assisted in getting our 5c to work to its best capacity for us to pass on to our grandson! No pressure for us to purchase a new phone until we were ready! We will go back to this store for all of our Apple product needs!!!!

Simply Mac went above and beyond to make sure 2 of my apple watches were repaired at no cost even after going to Apple and being denied to repair the series 3 watches under the recall. I didn't even know they were so close to our home, I have no reason to go to the Kenwood location anymore.

My computer is fixed!! First off, I have a mid2009 model MacBook Pro. I really haven’t used it much since college, except to save photos from my phone. I never updated while being a “broke college kid” and then it was too late. For some reason my hard drive would not let it work. (And of course my dvd drive was dead, so no disc reboot!) I went to the Apple store a couple of times with no success. The last time I was there was really awful. They told me all my ports were bad because they expected my old computer to respond instantly with their new technology. I kept telling them to give it a minute, but they said, “if it doesn’t show up instantly it doesn’t work”.

I never knew about Simply Mac, but I’m really glad I have them a try. They took their time with my computer and, although my hardrive is getting close to the end, they were still able to erase and install the newest version of OS that my computer could handle. It didn’t take all that long and they did an amazing job!! I got it home and all is working fantastic!

NEW CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! I took my old MacBook in Because it would not boot up. The guy told me that it may be fixable, but that THEY could not fix it, & the cheapest option he could offer would be to copy/recover my data at a cost of $250. It seemed pretty convinient that my only real option was to pay them $250... That is until he told me about a different company near by that might be able to help, because they had more "flexibility" with parts they can use (I.e.Generic parts). He also took the time to explain step by step several things I could try at home to fix the problem. He honestly tried his best to help me out, &/or save me A LOT of $. Unfortunately the things I tried at home didn't fix it, but it also didn't cost me a dime! So, despite the over 1 hour drive, I'm going back tomorrow to have him retrieve my data. But since I KNOW that they are not just trying to rip me off, I'll not only be going back to them from now on, I'll be STRONGLY recommending ONLY them to all my family, friends, & all of you who read this.

Made an appointment with ease online. Terrell was knowledgeable and quick to help fix my issue. Nominal fee associated with correcting the problem was reasonable and had my Mac back in a timely manor! Very positive experience.

My 8 year old MacBook Pro had become completely useless in the middle of a crazy grad school quarter. These guys spent extra time taking care of a slew of issues - including finding and getting rid of malware, installing a brand new solid state drive, and figuring out how to save all of my data from the failing drive. My computer is running like a DREAM and I could not be happier!

Just moved to the area with my husband and of course things start going to left and right... One of which was my phones home button. I was stuck on texting, which was ok because I could communicate but if there was an emergency I was kinda screwed. (I'm pregnant and have a two year old) Vince and Molly gave me a work around until I'm about to get a permit fix. Vince was one of the nicest people I've ever met. Both Vince and Molly were VERY knowledgeable and went above and beyond for me. I will always go straight to them for all my Apple needs. They're awesome!

Great products, great service, clean and easy to navigate store. Not as bustling as the apple store and you don’t have to wander through a mall to get there. The guys that helped me were knowledgeable, listened to my needs and offered recommendations based on my budget.

These guys saved my phone and my sanity that I was losing over my phone messing up on me. They were nothing but beyond helpful and enjoyable to talk to. It was a bit of a process, that I had to sit back for a bit, but they were great to chat with and I walked out of that door happier than I had been in a long time and it was all thanks to them. I highly highly reccomend this store!

There was much confusion between Apple and simply mac. Simply Mac took care of everything for me and made sure I wasn't charged extra for services I had previously paid for. Great people! Great service!
