(Estimate appointment) Tyler was very professional and addressed all my concerns. He was very knowledge and a good listener. (Work Order appointment update) He came out today for the repairs and did an awesome job. He is great and I highly recommend him and Mr Electric.

I highly recommend Mr. Electric for any electrical needs. The service was prompt and professional, going well beyond what the job required. I can't express enough about how great Tyler was! His customer service was exceptional, and his knowledge of the job excellent, but he really took the time to make sure the job was done properly. His transparency was wonderful, we knew exactly how much it would cost, how long it was going to take, and all the steps from beginning to end. We'll definitely be using this company again.

Technician was Connor. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and answered all my questions. He was extremely hardworking and handled multiple projects with ease. A manager inspected the job site and ensured everything was running smooth. Speed wins in this business and Mr.Rooter was the fastest company to answer the phone and send a technician out, and the service on the phone was always superb. I was always made aware when the electrician was on their way. Great job all around.

Tyler has been to our home to help us when we’ve had electric issues and has been completely upfront with us as to the issue, what are the options we have and pros and cons of those options! We are very pleased with Mr. Electric of Columbus. From our first contact with the company to the finishing of the work, everyone was pleasant, competent and efficient. Work was completed within 6 days of our first call to the company. Mr. Electric is a bit expensive but worth spending a little more. Peace of mind, no excuses for delays, no delays and quality workmanship are all things to consider when hiring any skilled laborer.

From start to finish I am happy with Mr. Electric’s customer service and installation work! They installed my chandelier and it looks beautiful!

Great communication, several steps, via text and email after I'd requested service. Tech was super efficient in identifying the problem and the solution. Professionally pleasant and courteous. Had I called initially, I would not have had the predicament and problem cause by a friend pretending to be an electrician.

Brandon was professional and knew his business. He replaced all of our smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. His work was impeccable and finished the job quickly. I'd definitely ask for Brandon again for any electrical projects in my home.

The electrician was very courteous and professional. He did an excellent job with the recessed lights, ceiling fan, and smart switch that he installed. He asked exactly where and what temperature we wanted the lights, and he did a nice job of cleaning up after the work was done. The price seemed very reasonable.

Tyler and his assistant, Ryan, were great! They were kind but very professional too. My ceiling fan needed an angle kit which I didn’t know. They came back promptly the next day with one and got the job done. I’d recommend Tyler and Mr Electric!

I would recommend Mr Electric! I have found their service to be professional outstanding workmanship. My electrician was on time, very courteous and proficient with his work. His name was Connor Jordan. I have used Mr Electric and also Mr Rooter. Both companies with professional personnel!.

Brandon was a perfect example of what we would expect for a Mr. Electric representative. He took the time with the estimates explaining exactly what he was planning to do and what repairs would be done as well as when the work would be completed. We even decided to have him replace some lighting fixtures after his initial work was completed. Mr. Electric and Brandon are in our "Gotta Call" notebook when needing electrical repairs in the future.

We had some extensive work done today by Tyler, which included a new Breaker Panel installation and outside work as well. We could not be more satisfied. Every step of the way Tyler was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. His work was performed skillfully, and we really liked him. I must say that he is a tremendous asset to Mr. Electric and I will be recommending Mr. Electric to others. Well done Tyler! You were Awesome!

I had a very good experience with Mr Electric. Got an appointment for a quote scheduled for the next day. Install job was challenging—hanging a chandelier in a vaulted entry way. Crew was punctual, professional, and did a great job with the install. Price was fair. Would highly recommend.

I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Electric for your electrical needs. EVERYTIME I speak with them either in person or over the phone, they ALL present themselves as polite, professional, energetic, knowledgeable and helpful!!! From the staff answering the phones to the technicians, the culture of the company seems to be all about total customer satisfaction. Our service tech Bret was AWESOME!! Will certainly request him again if/when we need an electrician!!!

Our electricians came the same day we called and gave us an estimate. The next day they came and did the work and they did a fine job. They were courteous and wiped their feet! Just like in the ad! We’re happy.

Bret (and Steve) did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond and even shared with us and showed us some information of things that was not done well from a prior contractor from several years prior. They really helped us out. Again, they went out of their way to help us and make sure everything was buttoned up and I can't tell how much we appreciate it. We will never use anyone else except Mr. electric.
