I don't go to this store often but when I do, I'm never disappointed.
I've always had a good experience here. The customer service representative name Rita. That woman is something else. She was attentive, patient, kind and sweet.

Gloria the cashier at JC penny displayed her professionalism.!. She was helpful and very cordial. She is absolutely an asset to the store. As an employee she was phenomenal.
Her patience and demeanor was impeccable!!!
It was a pleasure meeting her.. I appreciate it if you let her know this..

Everyone was very helpful even with the Christmas rush. Needed help with finding a Christmas sweater for a 13 year old, and two employees helped me to get that done!

I always find great bargains here. Easy access from mall. Everything flows easily. I find just about everything I’m looking for here.

They have a good selection of clothes to choose from, good quality too and the prices were decent too but it was the cashier Sonia that made me so pleased. She was so helpful so patient and so respectful.

The only thing! I wish they would bring back the variety of skirts they once carried.

I was at JCPenny just browsing and to my surprise they actually sell Rolex watches in the watch department. They have a large selection of watches from Timex, Seiko, Citizen, Fossil, and of course Rolex. Rolex watch way out of my price range but good to know that they have something for every one price range wise. Customer service is excellent did not have to wait long before someone ask if I needed help.

The store was pleasantly not crowded and I found some things surprisingly on sale!!!!!
The cashier was also helpful.

Fantastic customer service - checking out was not a hassle at all. Items with different sizes and labeled are available so no need to dig through the pile to find it.

I was having trouble exchanging an item and one customer service assistant was quite indifferent in solving the issue. But Avelyn saw my difficulty and helped me exchange smoothly with extra work by making a new gift card, choosing the right coupon, etc.. I can’t thank her enough for her help as I needed to wear that trouser the next day at work. She’s definitely an asset for JC Penney!!

They absolutely have so much men's clothing line that I shop here as a regular now. Very nice gear to check out and always sales

I like to shop at JCPenney, the store is full of discount all over and always have extra discounts in their website. The customer service I received in the dress department was amazing. Martha has an extensive knowledge about the dress 👗 I was looking including the size and help me to combine extra accessories.

The Store is very well stock with everything. I did order online and pickup in store as soon as the Store opened. But a person at this site needs better Customer Service Training. It's the second time I see the same person, very rude woman. Otherwise the Store is great and quality of their merchandise.

I went to the portrait studio and had a photo shoot with my son the female photographer was excellent customer service the pictures came out beautifully

I don't usually leave reviews but I just want to commend this sales associate named Audley. He's really passionate on his job helped my husband finding the right suit and tie that we need next week. I couldn't believe how patient he was. Give this man a raise or promotion, he deserves it! This is in JCPenney Queens Mall.

Nice store, spacious and clean. Items neatly laid out; staff always available, courteous and eager to assist. Convenient location. This is the store I use to pick up stuff I order (if not enough to qualify for free shipping), even though the Herald Square store is much closer (that one is terrible, with not a lot of items in stock, confusing layout and indifferent staff).
