Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant- Liberty Township

Really enjoyed the food on this visit, and the service was mostly great. I liked the relaxed pace. We enjoyed red wine short ribs, pistachio crusted mahi, and surf & turf. There were several other dishes I wanted to try on the large menu. Desserts were also phenomenal. Nice place!

Great service, great food, great atmosphere, great portions and quality for the money... what more could you ask for? The pretzel crusted pork was the most tender pork I've ever eaten!

One of my favorite spots close to home with wonderful flavors popping your taste buds along with great wine selections and great service.

We tried the one in Westchester and it was great. There was no wait to be seated and the service and food was excellent.

Make sure that you make a reservation. Kaylee was our server and she was a blast and very funny. I will personally ask for her again. The food was great and the steak was prepared perfectly, I didn't care for the broccoli tho. The key lime pie was really good and we ordered a lemon butter cake to go.

Cooper's hawk was very, very good. Tracy, our host was wonderful and the atmosphere was great. Our server did a good job also.

Great place for a date night. Get reservations. Go early and do a wine tasting. Have been over 20 times. Haven’t had a bad meal there.

Went here for our anniversary and didn't know what to expect. Everything was great. We had pretzel bread, 2 soups, egg rolls, steak and chicken risotto and would recommend all of them. Service was friendly and prompt. We'll definitely go back!

I have been here many times over the years and have no complaints. The food is delicious, the staff inviting, and the wine, bloody mary, mixed drinks, beer...well, you'll find something you'll like. It is pricey, but you get what you pay for.

This is the Best Cooper's Hawk out there! Our Server Stephen was EVERYTHING pleasant and took really great care of us! Our food was so delicious and we even tried something new on the menu that was phenomenal. 🙌🏾 We had a FANTASTIC lunch and wine tasting experience! Thank you!

The variety of wines are vast. I look forward to trying more. The atmosphere is welcoming. The food was appealing and tasted good.. Our server was phenomenal(Imani). She really made the experience great. I recommend it.

Had a great experience at this location. The bar tender for the wine tasting was super friendly and attentive. Our server on the patio was great. Food and wine were delicious as always. Definitely a favorite in the area.

Not my first time here and still won’t be my last. Didn’t have a reservation but waited around in the bar area for a seat. Waited for about 25 minutes or so until a table opened up on a late Saturday afternoon/ early evening. Pretzel bread was warm and very well. Turkey burger was even better than before, with American cheese added. My bf enjoyed his chicken sandwich as well. The ranch was also very good! The food was very fresh. We were able to sample 2 different wines before making a choice on which bottle we wanted a sweet red wine and the moscato. We chose the moscato. Zach was our waiter and he did amazing as well. Will return.

Food was a bit slow to come out, but they were also training, so not a big deal. The food was impeccable as usual, and our servers were top notch and really attentive. We went for my birthday, and they made me feel like I was the only customer in the restaurant! Will forever be my favorite restaurant! Blankened ahi tuna, Thai lettuce wraps, wedge salad, and the black and blue steak salad, and you can't go wrong.

A lovely restaurant, perfect for a night out. Food is excellent - the chef's recommendations are incredible and the wine pairing was good.

It is a bit loud in the restaurant and can be difficult to hear people across the table from you.

Despite this I had a wonderful experience.

I've been to a couple of different Cooper's Hawk locations and have never been disappointed. I won't go into all the details for this one, but just know the food is top-notch and the wines are interesting/plentiful, just like every other location I've been to. Very pleased!

This place is awesome. Customer service was through the roof good at the wind tasting and at dinner. The servers didn't realize we'd been seated and we waited for a long long time for anyone to ask us our drinks order and get us going. For this the manager (we didn't even say anything - he did this on his own) came over and offered my girlfriend and I two free appetizers and a free bottle of wine. The service was great from then on out, the food was fantastic, another server even popped in to help when she noticed we'd gone a while without being helped, and we will be back for sure.

I went today celebrating my birthday. We did a wine tasting. Each month the tasting sheet changes. I love doing the tastings they inform you about the wines. You receive up to 8 sample size glasses of different wine. After the tastings we enjoyed the dining room to eat. They have a pretty good selection to choose from. Lastly, because it was my birthday I received 2 truffles and whipped cream with a candle. All the food that I have tried is excellent. Today I had the scallop gratin and I didn't care for it and I love scallops. Overall I had a great time as always. I'll be back soon.

Incredible food, great staff, and excellent wine. We went to have an anniversary dinner with the whole family. Our server was excellent she made several suggestions that were spot on and was exactly the right mix of friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and helpful. The food as you can see from the picture looked great and it tasted even better.
