Looking for a safe quiet neighborhood than t and r properties at Cabbots mills single family rental homes in Blacklick Ohio is the place to be. No everything was not perfect but home is what you make of it. Special thanks to office and maintenance staff for all you do.

If you’re trying to rent one of the houses in Cabot’s Mill make sure you’re monthly income is over $8,000.00 and you have a 700+ credit score. If you don’t save your application cost! Allison was wonderful to work with. She was super kind and friendly.

The company needs to have a clear description list of all “your must haves” to rent one of the houses. That part wasn’t clear when we first applied. Although my husband and I make more than enough each month, they wouldn’t accept his income for some reason. He’s a general contractor and I provided bank statements.

We decided to move on after re-applying with a co-signer and still being denied. Spent $150 total on application fees and still have to find a house to rent 😑

Awful place to live. Furnace is in the living room and sounds like a jet engine, so many spiders being so close to the woods. Appliances in horrible condition and master bedroom is freezing in the winter and boiling in the summer. We couldn't plug anything in the bathroom it would trip the circuit breaker. They won't pro-rate rent when you move out but will when you move in? I could go on and on.

Rent to high , they say water is 55$ but raise rent for unknown reasons every month says it’s water , maintenance refused to bind a copper wire to the ground by the thermostat so that if lightening hits the house i wouldn’t blow up . Columbia gas had to file a claim against them in the middle of the winter in order for them to do their job to get my gas cut on , mindful i have a 2 and a 1 yr old . Definitely do not recommend .

Kristin cook i am having the same issue!!! omg i can not get a call back to explain to me why i am being charge sooo much for the water, what in the world is a reconciliation fee? over 300.00? how is that my fault when i paid what the lease said 55 a month included in rent. it has been like 6 months and nothing i keep getting "we will get back on Monday" and nothing, having the staff quit every month does not help at all because your work orders disappear. not to mention my cabinets are falling apart and yet my rent increases every year. This is my third year and my rent keeps getting increased. last year it went up 100.00!! they said it only went up 50, well when you add all these other fees to the bill its $100 period!!! this year it was another 20.00 and im sure there will more fees to justify them charging us more. Now i cant even pay my rent since it wants the full amount with all the fees. I am not paying fees that are not my fault, i never get a call but they are right on it if you miss a payment. i guess i can expect an eviction notice tmrw! i wonder how many people they are doing this too to get money.

If I could leave negative stars I would. T&R property management is the least reputable company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. We have been living here for two years and for a full year we have been battling a serious water bill issue. I have a family of four with two little kids. All of the sudden one quarter our water bill was 800 dollars! I called as soon as I saw it the didn’t come out for weeks after that. Then said they found a few leaks I was told they were working with corporate to see if they could cancel the balance. Then the next quarter came. Same exact thing. Then the manager got let go along with a lot of the team and guess what barely anything in their notes. Then come this month. I go to pay my rent and it won’t let me because the water balance is on there and you can’t pay partial. So I call multiple times left a vm each and every time. To be told hold off until you hear back. Nothing no response I get a notice to enter to check the water they don’t show up. I call no response. Finally I call one last time and leave a message. NOTHING. Then guess what. Bam a filed eviction notice. I call 3 times until someone picks up and I’m told oh yeah that wasn’t supposed to happen. I’ll call you back. Still waiting.

Simply a visitor of a resident, but for the amount of rent paid , the up keep in the area is terrible. The houses are covered in green mold., landscaping is overgrown and full of weeds The owners are to provide exterior upkeep and it is sorely lacking. They should lower rents and have tenants take it over.
The house layout is very nice but management needs to manage not just collect rent.

The staff was very inexperienced in my situation and very unprofessional.
