Dr. Zylberberg is knowledgeable and honest. She has done a great job caring for my children and I trust her recommendations! I’m truly thankful to have found such a great pediatrician!

Dr. Rachel has been apart of our lives for 23 years! She has been amazing to work with all these years. My sons have felt comfortable talking to her. When I have had concerns, she was always been attentive and listened to me to understand my point of view. I appreciate her patience when dealing with my insurance company. She has not only been our doctor but she has been a partner in the care of our family.

Dr. Rachel saved my premature daughters life almost 28 years ago . Without her hands on care we would have lost her. She now cares for my Grandson.

We are new parents. Rachel made us feel comfortable by answering all our questions. She seems very knowledgeable in her practice. The atmosphere was quiet and decorated with cute Disney decor. We cannot wait to go back for another appointment!

THE DR THERE IS RUDE!!! MY 19 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER SAID SHE WAS NASTY AND MADE HER FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! HER OR HER RECEPTIONIST HAD A ISSUE WITH MY INSURANCE CARD SAYING HER NAME WAS NOT ON THE CARD!!!! COMMON SENSE TELLS YOU TO PUT THE ID NUMBER OF THE INSURANCE CARD IN THE SYSTEM AND SEE HER NAME POP UP!! AND SHE SAID IF YOUR DAUGHTER IS UNCOMFORTABLE THEN SHE CAN JUST LEAVE!!!! The staff and and what makes it worst THE DR is so RUDE and disrespectful!!!! I would not ADVISE you brining your kids here!!! MY kids WILL be going else where!

AVOID this doctors office at all costs. This was the most disrespectful & unprofessional healthcare experience I have ever had. Both the doctor and receptionist shouldn't be in charge of patient care. I have worked in healthcare for over 13 years and would never treat ppl so poorly. I was calling to confirm an appointment after not receiving confirmation and the receptionist responded "you never sent shot records so we didn't prepare your visit." After explaining I sent them months ago, I told them this visit was very important as my child has been having kidney problems and I made this appointment 2 months in advance to insure she could be seen on a date I could bring her. I said regardless, she has all her vaccines and I have the originals here I will bring. The doctor herself then said "well it must not be that important to you if you didn't send her shot records." At that point I was so without words that I ended the phone call and cried the next hour thinking about how a pediatrician with a medical license to treat sick children, just insulted me over a vaccine record that I have printed and in my hand....Ready to present to them in person. I am not sure why this made me deserving of such unkindness. Absolutely dreadful and shameful. I expect better customer service and couth from medical professionals. There are hundreds of other pediatricians that will show basic levels of respect and human decency so there is no reason to go to this one.

DON'T GO HERE!!!! This place is a joke. I have been coming here since my daughter was born in march 2020 in October of 2020 she stated there was a problem with my insurance. I called my insurance to see if there were any billing problems, there were not. She sent my bill to collections. I had to have my insurance send a letter stating that i have insurance at the time of the visit. This is the most disrespectful argumentative doctor I have ever seen. Save yourself sometime and pick another doctor.

Not only did it take her over an hour to call me back after I called twice to the on call emergency line, but once I brought my daughter to her she recommended blood work, and she didn’t know what she was doing ! She used the same needle and re inserted it twice in her wrist, not only did she have to reinsert it she just kept fishing and wiggling it around?!? She wasn’t even able to successfully do it and I had to step in and tell her to stop and that we were done. We then proceeded to leave. She didn’t know how to take blood, I’m so upset and have never seen someone treat an adult like that none the less a child! This wasn’t only traumatic for me but for my daughter, how is she suppose to trust a doctor now when she put her through that? I’m furious she was so incompetent.and my child had to be the one to suffer at her hands . we won’t be back ever again, and we had been here for 2 years and this was the first serious thing we needed her help with, and I’m extremely disappointed.

Dr. Rachel has been the most disrespectful and arrogant doctor that I have ever seen. Very disappointed that I had to leave the office with my sick child because of her attitude! Not acceptable! Wont recommend!

The older front desk lady is very rude .... I walked in said good morning how are you ! Her reply what you want what are you looking for smh so unprofessional I have no clue why Dr Rachel Zylberberg hires her someone like that will make your business look bad with that negative 👎🏽 attitude.

This clinic is joke! Not good service they provide.

Never answers the phone. I got to my appointment on time and the door was locked for twenty minutes, the scale they use is an old science class scale. (Not accurate) and the drs assistant or nurse is very rude. I am a nurse myself and the nurse here should not be working as a nurse , very rude and unprofessional . Gave my newborn a shot and put the bandage not even on the spot she gave the shot. The Dr should have a decent nurse or it just makes their practice look bad and loose patients . Save time and go someplace else. This practice should NOT be open !
Also they have a dog in their office that barks non stop in the front. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT SANITARY! I don’t think it is a service dog, if it was a service dog it should be trained to not bark non stop at people and children! What drs office has a dog in the front ?!
Worst drs office I’ve ever seen.
I will be sending their information to the board!
If you are looking for a newborn pediatrician Save time and go somewhere else !
