It's a parking garage, you're going to get a parking experience. I was forced to park here due to some issues with another garage at Akron Children's Hospital. The garage is reasonably clean and it's staffed by nice people. The security provided is kind and acceptable enough to make me feel safe parking here. I don't enjoy paying parking garage fees, but this place is fine enough if you're working in Akron nearby.

Directions on the parking deck don't make sense. One of the signs was upside-down

Elevator broken, multiple lights out, card reader “mostly” works,” if you have a truck there’s only limited space on first level, unbelievably tight turns, and literally crumbling apart. A terrible reminder of how bad Akron can be, not what it should become.
