You guys came in like Superman and took over the situation, we thank you for all of the above not to to mention the laughs! Look no further if you want it done right. Mr. Rooter is it! Firstly, I was able to get an appointment from Mr. Rooter the next morning, which was great! My assigned technician was Jaimie Hence - Cor and he was awesome! He arrived early and got right to work. He replaced my kitchen faucet and sprayer, and he then repaired a bathroom faucet that was sticking badly. Both projects required him to check with his supervisor on small challenges, which he was then able to address and solve. I am extremely happy with his work! Everything functions beautifully now, and Jaime was very professional, polite and friendly. Thank you Jaimie and Mr. Rooter!!

Mr Rooter met all of our expectations. No cost estimate. 100% warranty on their work. Exert knowledge of our plumbing system and the plan to resolve the issues. Price was fair for the service rendered. All of the sales people and technicians were up to par with courtesy, professionalism, and field knowledge. I recommend Mr Rooter for plumbing, septic and sump pump, where we had issues with all three at the same time.

Mr. Rooter was able to send a technician out the same day as I called to discuss replacing our 20-year-old leaking hot water tank. He was able to talk with me about estimated hot water usage, speed of heating, and other features that we were interested in and was able to give me a solid recommendation for a unit. Mr. Rooter was able to come the next day, install my new tank and haul away my old one. The installer even stopped to spray a bit of carpet cleaner and blot a bit of a scuff that the wheels of the dolly made on my very cheap hallway runner! Overall, we are very pleased with our service and even more impressed that we were able to get our service quickly, pay a fair price, and have everything explained to me (twice :) ).

My kitchen faucet started leaking so after reading all the great reviews, I called Mr. Rooter. They were able to send out a technician the next day to take a look and give a free quote. Derrick, the technician, was able to quickly diagnose the problem and determine the best solve would be to just replace the faucet entirely. I decided to shop for a new one on my own and Derrick was able to install it the next morning. It took him less than 30 min. and he even went the extra mile to help dry out the wet cabinet where the leaking water collected. Everything was quick, easy and affordable. I definitely recommend and will go with them again!

We called Mr Rooter and ended up needing quite a big job done. Needless to say it was a very stressful time. Everyone we have dealt with were great, especially Matt and Jordan! These guys are very hard workers and they exceeded our expectations. They showed up everyday on time and ready to work. They went out of their way to make sure we knew what expect each day. They were very respectful of our home and always gave plenty of notice prior to turning off any water or shutting down our working toilet. They cleaned up their mess every single day prior to leaving. Matt even worked all weekend long and worked late just to make sure we had our house back as soon as possible. We can’t say enough about how much we appreciate the attention to detail and hard work. Thank you to everyone at Mr Rooter that helped us and a special thank you to Matt and Jordan for making a very stressful time go as smoothly as possible.

The guys showed up shortly after I called in the request. They quickly assessed the problem and gave me a very reasonable quote. It was repaired quickly and perfectly cleaned up the area to get us back up and running. Great job. I will definitely use them again.

John was the tech that came out to our call and helped service us. I would highly recommend him and Mr. Rooter. John was knowledgeable and very helpful in letting us know what he would have to repair if anything at all and the cost up front. Thank you for all the help today!

We were experiencing low water pressure in 2 of our bathrooms when I called Mr Rooter. They came out the same day and would only charge if we wanted the work done. John was amazing. He gave us the problem and showed us the “good, better, best” solution with an increase in price for each improved service. We opted for the Best and got more than we expected. He was at our home the first day until 7p then came early the next morning to finish and left well after 9p! John had to make several trips to Home Depot for additional parts and add an insane amount of labor so we expected the price to go up. No additional charges were added. It was the same price quote we agreed on although the service was twice what it should have been. I highly recommend John and Mr Rooter for your water pressure, drain, temperature, leaks and any other plumbing issues. They have professional and highly knowledgeable experts to handle whatever is needed.

I had a major plumbing issue Wednesday evening and got worse Thursday. I called them a little after 4pm Thursday evening and they had a tech out within 2hrs. A few more techs came out. They were all very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They talked through everything with me and answered all of my questions, and put me more at ease with the stressful situation. Although the job is done, I’m looking forward to working with them through completion

I called around 10 am and a technician was out before 1 pm, which was well within the quoted time slot. He was friendly, informative, professional and knowledgeable. He kept me updated throughout his work and showed me what the issue was. He was patient as I was juggling a work-from-home call and was friendly with my dogs as he waited. Promptly sent the follow up with pictures and receipt and scope of what he did.
As always, had great service with Mr. Rooter! They are always who I call because I know they are reliable and dependable.

Chris and Jodan did a wonderful job with our bathroom remodel. They made the bath amazing and safe. Chris listened to our needs and choices were and that made a big difference in the finish bathroom. Both guys were friendly and professional and that meant a lot. We have another bathroom we will need a remodel on and we will be calling them back. Thanks Chris and Jordan for all you did.

We discovered that we needed an extensive job done. Jerrod (project director) had told us that it would be a 2-3 day job. At the time, I had no idea what all would be involved. So, true-to-form, I started asking questions. Jerrod was ALWAYS polite, friendly, and accommodating. This job required quite a bit of upheaval to our yard. I had to be away from the house, but got a call that the job was done. I was astounded, in that they had just started today. Anyway, extra workers had been assigned and it was a “wrap.” Honestly, I was apprehensive of seeing my yard, but when I got home, I couldn’t believe the clean up that was done, or the care that had been taken to put my yard back together as neatly and carefully as possible. THIS was done at the hand of Andrew, who takes GREAT pride in his work. For quality of work, thoroughness, professionalism, friendliness, character, people-skills - and being an all around great company with outstanding employees - Mr. Rooter can’t be beat. (They handle other work for our organization and we have nothing but praise!)

Mr. Rooter was recommended to us by a friend for dependable and fair plumbing service. My phone call to request an estimate was followed by prompt home visit. The technician Kenny, was very professional, he offered various solutions to fix our plumbing problems. My sister and I both agree that if you need pipes replaced, especially those 1940 cast iron give Mr. Rooter a call for top quality work.

Trey Pugh did an amazing job! He was very personable and knowledgeable. He identified the problem and quickly fixed it. My faucet works great! Give that man a raise!

On January 15, 2024 we were in process of having a walk-in shower installed for my senior mother. The technician performing the work was from a different firm. He had removed the old tub and informed us there were problems with an old trap, lead pipes and some architecture deficits. He stated he couldn’t go any further we would have to call a plumber. Seeing he removed the tub – the event became a crisis! We called Mr Rooter and within minutes our plumber Mike showed up. After assessing the problem he went to work right away cutting through and replacing cast iron and other pipes, walls and flooring. As a result of Mike’s immediate effort the shower installer was able to continue and complete the installation on time.

We would like to personally thank Mr Rooter for Mike’s immediate response - He's truly a LIFE SAVER. We don’t know what we would have done without him!

I'm VERY SATISFIED!!.
I had them installed a new gas line on our rice cooker at our restaurant, and first they gave me a free estimate, then they did not ripped off like most companies. Within about an hour, they sent a technician who's very knowledgeable, and get the job done fast. It's so good to know that there are still companies out there who are very professional, and not just trying to make money, so as a small business owner, we are very grateful for Mr.Rooter, would recommend to anyone.

Very favorable experience. I called the office and Mr. Rooter had a plumber, Travis Smith, at my house in less than 30 minutes. He was pleasant in demeanor and professionally removed and replaced my kitchen faucet. I usually complete my own repairs, but in this instance I am glad I called Mr. Rooter to complete the job.

We are repeat customers after a recent move. Very pleased again. Nice, caring folks; Jaime was our main guy. I contacted them online Sunday, got an immediate reply, and they were here Monday. Can I give more stars than 5?

So thankful for Mr. Rooter came out fast and got right to work. Just bought my home so came with unexpected bad plumbing. Also had the restoration people come with them. They fix the clogged and already have another company coming out to fix the old pipes. Great company
