Dr. Gray and her team are AMAZING at what they do! Our family switched to her office recently and they did most thorough exam on my children and I! I have an autistic and ADHD child and her office was very accommodating to his special needs. She also raised awareness to my children having small airways that was causing behavioral issues and since correcting these, the issues have gotten better. I am very thankful for her and her team!

My dental hygienist was the most knowledgeable and professional one I have ever had. She took her time and explained everything she was doing. She explained the benefits of using an electric toothbrush and the most effective toothpaste without abrasives, which was quite helpful. This was absolutely the most thorough exam I have ever had. I experience vertigo and she was able to do this exam without affecting that. The dentist was also very helpful and she brought an area of concern to my attention without pushing to do more treatment. The entire staff was very friendly and was able to get me in quickly for my appointment. My dentist which I had gone to for years was not able to fit me in for months so finding this new dentist was a true blessing to me!!
Needless to say, Smile Works is where is I will be going from now on! It was a great experience to say the least!

I have been going here for years and after moving away I still come back for my dental care. They treat my family like family my kids and wife love this practice. As a healthcare provider I have a high standard and they certainly exceed those standards.

The dentist and staff detected an infected root canal procedure, that I had had in 2022 before I moved to Columbus. They referred me to both an endodontist and a periodontist for opinions on treatment. I ended up needing sinus surgery for a Pseudomonas infection, that I had barely any symptoms for. I appreciate their conscientiousness, and I recommend Smile Works.

Our family has been coming here for years and we just love Dr Gray and the entire staff! They genuinely care about your health and extremely thorough in all they do. The best partners for oral care!!!

We love going to smile works! the who family goes, even my little ones starting at 2 years old. they are friendly, patient accommodating and very good at what they do! Have been going here since they opened. Dr Gray is a wonderful and compassionate person. She's also the best dentist I've ever had. I'm always teasing her about her perfectionist tendencies but she always delivers the best care possible. She also knows her medicine and has caught things involving drug interactions that no one else seems to. Sure really cares about making sure you're healthy and keeping you that way. And her staff is wonderful. They always make me smile when I go in.
