We went shopping for a Christmas exchange for my daughter's Christmas gift exchange with a $15 spending limit. Emily was extremely helpful with ideas to get the most out of our purchase. Lorena was very sweet at the counter helping us understand the buy three get three free. They both made this an excellent experience!

Love to catch a great sale here! Caught the candles on sale for $9.95 WOW What a deal! they smell so good! Love everything about bath and body!

There's a sale at bath and body works right now so I got two three wick candles half priced- regularly $24.00 for one. I bought 4 hand soaps for $20.00 and then I purchased an aroma therapy mother's day gift set for half the price- thanks to the sales rep! It was $30.00. Social distancing is being practiced.

All the sales personnel working at this location are one of the best customer representatives. They are all so patient, kind, and are truly are great example of how to keep your customers happy. Very happy with their service.

Always some kind of deals going on. Top notch products with an ever changing selection. Great gift ideas with candles and soaps that everyone loves.

Always go to find a few favorites, but always find a new fragrance. Love the way it smells and the courteous and friendly employees. Great place to shop.

Found a new candel that is truly " me"! It's "Spring time in Paris". Most delightful scent! It's has a sweet floral with delicate"clean" undertones!! This may be my all time favorite!. They seriously need to make this Heavenly aroma into hand sanitizer, car vents, bath products, aromatic spray and definitely wall flowers!!!!!! Will go back to soon to stock up!!!! Please don't get rid of this one!! Its pure perfection!!!!!!

I mean it's a busy bath and body works.... I love it. Some may not. Only thing I'm upsetting about is corporate discontinued Twilight Woods years ago. (You'd think I'd get over it at some point. Hahaha) but this location is solid.

The lady working there was very helpful. She helped me pick out gifts for my niece, explained the sales, and told me popular scents someone of niece's age group would like.

The staff were very helpful & friendly. The variety of scents are great. My only disappointment was learning they don't have the Moonlight Path scent in stores anymore.

The store is a well-stocked, friendly Bath and Body Works. They are doing excellent with their sanitation precautions. The only negative is the parking situation for the stores in this area. There are parking meters, and curbside parking, but it depends on when you go as to whether you'll get a close space.

This is the best location I have ever been too. The employees are really nice and it’s really obvious they like it and enjoy sharing their favorite products with you. Everything is always displayed really well and organized so you can find things easily. Thanks for making my experience enjoyable.

The store smells like Fall. ❤ Staff is always friendly and helpful here but never pushy. Loving the new scent Autumm Nights. Earthy with a hint of sweet.

Services were great. Products were stocked in a nice easy way. They were grouped together as to see what all they had in store. Great customer service

We loved how big and beautiful this location was. Very different from the stores in Nashville and they had items we have only been able to purchase online.

Very clean, and the staff was very helpful. I forgot my coupon and they still gave me a discount. I was shocked, I have never had a store do that before.

Exceptional Customer Service! Shout out to Hannah, sales associate at Liberty Town Square store for her kindness today in calling Dillards when I lost my cell phone. She offered to call the store and check at Gift Wrap. to see if it was there. Sure enough, it was. Hannah went a step above, today, saw the big picture, and just wanted to help a customer in distress! She hunted up the number, used her own cell phone, stood out in the rain to make the call (no cell service in the store) and eased my angst! She is a keeper!!!
