We ordered several pieces of furniture for new home including leather lounge chair and corner sofa. Initially couch back pillows were not firm enough, but excellent customer serve and pillows were remade to our specifications. Love the couch and lounge chair. Thank you to excellent customer service that resolved issue very quickly and friendly. I would absolutely purchase here again. Great quality, good price, and excellent service.

Becky, was absolutely extraordinary from start to finish!!! What a treasure she is! She paid close attention to our needs and wants and designed our spaces perfectly!! She truly “got” us!!
Additionally, she treated us with respect and appreciation which was refreshing and appreciated!!
What a wonderful surprise it was when she showed up on delivery day, to make sure everything was set up exactly as she had planned it and that we were happy with everything!

Barbara in sales provided invaluable insight into how my living room could be rearranged to maximize the use of space and be more comfortable and livable. The delivery associates were super careful in making sure the cats were not going to make a dash for the door during the delivery, bless their hearts! They went above and beyond by making suggestions for the new furniture placement which are working much better I'd originally planned. Overall it's been a very positive experience!

Beautiful show room of high quality furniture. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Barbara directed us to exactly what we wanted and answered all of our questions. Furniture was delivered in a clean truck by an efficient and helpful staff.
