I thank my son for recommending Matt. I've made several appointments since and have been very pleased with the experience and the results. Matt's a real professonal and great to talk with. The only catch for me is remembering to schedule an appointment far enough in advance, because he's always booked up ... which speaks for the quality of his service.

Matt is awesome, I’ve had three haircuts so far and all have been great experiences. It’s nice to book an appointment and know I’ll be taken care of right on time. Matt is genuine and makes good conversation. I’ve enjoyed my barber shop experience and can’t see myself going back to a chain haircut place.

Best haircut I've ever had the pleasure of getting. From the moment i walked in, i could tell Mr. Ropp knew exactly what he was doing. He was courteous, he was funny, and he was all around excellent barber. Ive found my new favorite place to get a haircut and will most definitely recommend this place to all of my friends and family. (To Growing Pains) This shop is by appointment only. It wouldn't be fair to everybody else who schedules their appointments a week out in advance to have someone walk in off the streets and get right in. I believe there's actually a sign out front that states by appointment. He wouldn't be booked out that far in advance if he wasn't good at what he does! This shop is awesome.

Ropps has real talent. He runs a clean shop and I love the fact that he is appointment only. He is super professional and gives great haircuts to all demographics at a fair price. If you need a cut in the Troy area. Ropps is the place to go.

The only place I'll go for a haircut and I have NEVER left with a bad cut. Always good conversation and always ready for me to get in the chair on time. Use "The Cut" app to schedule and you'll have no problem getting an appointment.

Ropps was recommended by a few coworkers and I decided to give him a try. Ropp is a great guy, really knows his way around a good cut, and is very easy to talk to. I've been there a few times now and it's safe to say I won't be going anywhere else. Support your local and especially veteran owned businesses. Showed him a picture of how I wanted my hair cut, Matt cut it exactly how I wanted it. Good conversation, clean shop, great hair cut, timely and reasonably priced. Not sure if you ask for anything else.
