Happened to have Ray, the owner, help me on my first visit. I had quite a large order, with a pretty short deadline considering the size of the order. Not only was he able to get me in, he was happy to do it. The final product turned out amazing. His prices are also perfectly reasonable. I will be back, and recommending his shop to anybody I meet.

Can't beat a family owned business that actually cares.

I brought pants in on a Thursday hoping to pick them up on a Saturday. They put a rush on it. And I picked the pants up on Saturday morning and they were beautiful. I appreciated they accommodating me. And they were very friendly.

Kroner dry cleaners are attentive to your needs, do an excellent job, and treat each customer as though you’re family. They’ve also done two wedding dresses in the family, before and after the wedding. Top notch! Highly recommend.

My husband passed away several weeks ago, and I needed to quickly get the dress (that he loved for me to wear) to the local dry cleaner to press it. They could not do it. I called Kroner's, and they said bring it in, and then had it completed in under an hour! That is true customer care - and even more so because they did not know why I needed it so quickly. I am so very grateful for their help, and they have a loyal customer for life!

Love this cleaner’s very very nice staff , every time I visit I’m greeted with a smile . Ray is the best .. very respectful and he doesn’t see color he sees the PERSON!! I’ve visited a lot of Dry cleaners on the west side and the visit wasn’t pleasant because of my color😢😢. I was recommended by a friend to visit Ray and I’ve been bring my clothes here for 2 months now and NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL. I’m a fairly new to the west side so finding places are hard. I am absolutely delighted with Kroner Dry Cleaners! I dropped off several pieces on Tuesday, and they were delivered for free two days later! One piece needed a significant repair. The repair was done extremely well, and for far less than others would have charged. I would give Kroner Dry Cleaners 10 stars if it were an option!!

Went here to have my wedding dress cleaned. The dress was ready when they said it would be, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I have every intention of coming back to have it preserved at a later date. Reasonable prices (the best I could find in Cincinnati) and quality work. I’m highly impressed!

The best dry cleaner in the city. Kroner also has a drop off location in Mt. Adams. All Dry cleaning and laundry is done on site at the Cheviot location. Family owned!!

Finally found a reputable professional dry cleaner. Items well cleaned and folded. Prices fair, service was great and pleasant.

We brought my daughters prom dress to Kroner’s to be pressed. We had ordered it online and the dress was delivered a wrinkled mess. Prom was only 4 days away and they said “no problem, get it to us tonight or first thing tomorrow morning” in addition to that they found a couple spots on the dress. They called to let us know they were there and that it wouldn’t be a problem to get them out. The have the friendliest staff and we’re very quick and responsive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
