Polish! Nail Spa

I ALWAYS have an amazing experience at Polish Nail Spa. I have been going to Jennifer for a few years now and she never disappoints. I usually give her creative control and she always knows what I like. Here are a few looks that she’s done but has done plenty in the past for me! She even did my nails for my wedding in April. Highly recommend her and the staff as they always make me feel welcome and make sure I have a great spa experience. Thank you Jennifer for always taking care of me 😁

I called last week and they were able to get me in same day for a pedicure. I was pleasantly surprised how “spa like” it felt when I walked in since it’s situated in a shopping center. It smelled good and had soothing music too!

Dorthy did my pedicure. She was professional and lovely to talk with! She was able to handle my aching “corners” very well!

Parking was plentiful. The cost was reasonable and on point with other like services.

We had a great experience. I booked an appointment for my mom, sister and I for Mother’s Day a few days in advance. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted and our spots were available. The staff was kind, attentive and did a wonderful job. They also had snacks out to celebrate the mommas. Will definitely be coming back!

I have tried a few different salons around Columbus and Polish! has the most kind, welcoming and talented nail techs there are! I get my nails dipped and I was so tired of them lifting not even a week later at other places. Dorothy is wonderful and says it's all in the prep work. I recently had my nails done by her and then jetted off to Florida with my family (we have 3 little ones) and my dipped nails went through world war 4 and I came home with them still looking beautiful! Dorothy is also very sweet and patient with my ideas and helped me find great color combinations.

My wife and I have been getting pedicures here for the last 7 years. The staff is great and professional. We are always happy with the gel pedicures. I have to get acrylic toenails on both big toes and they last for months. Andrew does a great job and he is fun to talk to! Jenny, Dorothy, and the whole crew are wonderful. This is the only place we go and we highly recommend!

I was a walk-in for an express mani and pedi with regular polish and they were able to fit me right in. It's a clean, nice atmosphere, they have comfortable leather chairs w/ awesome massage features, and the staff was very friendly. They did a great job, I had a lovely experience and will def. be returning!

After reading a few reviews of Polish, I made an appointment to get an acrylic balance for later that same day with Andrew. So glad i did! What a great place. Was greeted quickly upon entering, picked a color and was knee deep in conversation in about five minutes. The salon is well kept, the employees are incredibly cordial and Andrew did a fantastic job on my nails even noticing something I wanted changed before I mentioned it. I've gotten so many compliments on my nails! While I was there decided to get my eyebrows done and Jennifer the owner did those. She did a great job and even helped me figure out what needed to be done next time to make the shape even better as they are a bit skinny at the moment. They also do pedicures and facials. I'll be back!

Andrew is EXTREMELY FAST! I was booked for a Dip Nail Manicure with extensions and it’s like a 45 minute appointment they block out, -I was out in just 30! That’s like us talking and checkout all included. Super fast and did an awesome job.

Only complaint is I wasn’t really asked what shape I was going for, and had to stop him before he put on gel to get the nails shaped into an almond shape. But that’s no biggy, I love my nails, they’re beautiful and strong, and I got great advice on how to maintain their health! Thank you Andrew!

11/10 would recommend. The spa is very clean, the nail techs are friendly, and their color selection is expansive. Suzanna has been taking care of us for years, and I’ve never had a complaint. My nails ALWAYS look perfect when I leave and the polish really lasts. I would recommend this nail spa to anyone!

Suzanna is wonderful!!!! Super friendly, easy to talk with and does wonderful work! She is super patient as well. I am very indecisive about nail color and she was patient and helped me pick out two "go to nail colors". She does wonderful detailed work and my nails last for weeks and my nails underneath still feel strong (she does not drill my nails to remove the old polish, which I love). She is great! Highly recommend her!!!

I was in Columbus to run errands and I called to see if they had a walk-in apt available and they did. Vicky was my manicurist and she did an excellent job on my feet. My feet have never felt so smooth before. I asked for the classic pedicure and Vicky performed her job well while making sure I was satisfied. The salon itself is very clean and classy looking. One more point I would like to make is that the salon staff wasn't pushy about their services which is a case with a lot of the salons these days.

I went to Polish on 1-21-18 and left a little disappointed but due to having a sick child I didn't have time to ask to have my nails redone. I sent an email the next day and received a prompt response as well as having an appointment set to have my nails redone. I had the pleasure of being serviced by Jennifer she not only did an amazing job but she was very friendly and apologetic. I have realized in life nothing is perfect but the businesses that stand by their world makes all the worlds difference! I will definitely go back.

Great atmosphere, lots of chairs and tech stations so I walked in and was able to be seen immediately. Andrew was great! Very relaxed, we talked when I wanted be he let me relax when I wanted to... Only thing I would say is it's a bit pricey so make sure you view website before you go. I paid $100 for classic pedi and gel French manicure however I tip very well😉

I literally drive across town just to have Andrew do my nails. He does AMAZING polygel nails, and I've never had one complaint. They sanitize everything, and especially with Covid, everyone is socially distanced. He's super honest about what works and what doesn't, and it's WELL appreciated. I cracked a nail a couple of days after I got them done once (absolutely my fault, nails are not tools), and I called to see when and how much it would be to get it fixed, and he fixed it for free because I'd just had them done. Everyone that works there is great, and I will never go anywhere else.
