The medical team is so nice and friendly. They always do there best to make sure we're taken care of.

Navigating healthcare is intricate, and I genuinely recognize the balance Intermountain Allergy Clinic tries to strike between the post-school rush and minimizing wait times. However, the specific walk-in shot times up to 3:30pm from Monday to Thursday, coupled with the clinic’s closure on Mondays when there’s a holiday, 1hr closure during the afternoon for lunch, its absence on Fridays, and occasional early closures, present undeniable challenges for patients.

A bit more flexibility in hours would be monumental. Extended walk-in times on select days or even operations on Fridays wouldn’t just simplify our scheduling but would also resonate deeply as a testament to the clinic’s dedication.

The standout care from the nurses is heartening, yet there are moments when interactions with some staff lack the warmth and urgency we seek. A touch more empathy can elevate the entire patient experience.

I present these thoughts not as criticism, but as earnest feedback from someone who deeply appreciates the clinic’s role in our lives. Embracing these suggestions would undeniably benefit us all.

Cut hours, cut services and didn't tell me until after a visit that they no longer took my insurance. Bad provider with sub par staff. I will be staying away from intermountain care if I can
