I was connected with Jim by a family member and he was able to get me squared away on all the things needed for my vehicle. Honestly I've had a few things that I've been putting off for my vehicle and they got it squared away in tip top shape. I was able to make a long business drive just there after getting the vehicle. I was able to get to and from my destination and then some safely. Even with a near accident in some heavy rain. My car was in a solid shape that I was confident and capable of getting myself out of a situation. After experiencing that I knew ER Automotive Plain City set me up for success, safety, reliability and dependability. Thank you ER Autocare. Definitely my go to from here on out.

I will always take my Mercedes to ER. I taken my car now 4 different times over a couple years and my experience with ER has been 100% satisfaction. All the employees are courteous, friendly, and very professional. I think I was lucky that I got my car in the very same day I called. I know this doesn’t happen often. Especially in a big city. Was very pleased with the service done on my Mini Cooper. I had it towed to ER with a punctured radiator late Monday morning and you installed the new radiator and had it available to me by lunch on Tuesday. Thank you for the quick service! We will be using you in the future.

I took my car in for what turned out to be a compression issue in one of the cylinders. The team, led by my representative Colson, went above and beyond to properly diagnose the issue, then fight with my warranty company for replacement (nearly $10000). My car was there for over a month, but I received nearly daily updates from Colson and was able to drive a loaner which tremendously helped. You all earned my business for life!

I have had several wonderful experiences at ER Autocare in Plain City. They do the needed work in an affordable way...and then on top of that return my car to me cleaner than when I dropped it off! What a great feature for this Mom of littles! On top of that they are willing to drop me off at my house so I do not need to wait in person (even though their waiting area has clearly been set up by someone with a real gift for hospitality). I'd highly recommend them!

ER Autocare felt genuine and helped me identify several issues on my Jeep. They went beyond typical service and helped me to tow my vehicle even though they did not have to. They are readily available, explain everything in detail, and very patient with their customers. Will definitely leverage them in the future for any auto repairs or needs.

Did a great job identifying the problem ,I have had no issues since and I believe the assessments and pricing to be fair. They invited me to see the car on the lift to see the issues. I was given recommendations for items that could be completed but I did not feel any undue pressure to accept that work. They inadvertently disconnected the wipers, I had to take it back to be reconnected but they did that quickly and without hassle. Courteous and knowledgeable staff.

Needed a small section of exhaust pipe replaced. They cut out the damaged piece, welded in a new section, and I was on my way in an hour. Great experience and the waiting area is very clean and comfortable.

Were able to get me in and resolve all of my issues very quickly! Friendly people and the fact that I was able to get a courtesy car at no additional expense while they took care of my vehicle was a service I've never received anywhere else! ER Automotive has serviced my car many times. I have always found them to be fast, friendly and fair in price. However, this was my experience when things went well and as expected. Would I have the same experience if there were an issue? I had an opportunity to put their service to the test and I am pleased to share they exceeded my expectations. Anyone can provide great maintenance and service your car. However, it is rare when a business actually stands behind their work, owns and fixes the issue hassle free! ER Automotive customer for life!

I have used ER for all of my vehicles and Service has always been top-notch. They are always friendly and a loaner is available if we need it. I recently had a license plate screw that the dealer was going to schedule an appointment and charge me. I called ER and they told me to bring the car in. As soon as I showed up, They removed the screw, installed the new license plate, and did not charge me. Their service is fantastic. I highly recommend this business.

Best mechanic shop I've ever visited. They were kind and understanding of my situation and helped me get my car road safe and running quickly and at a very fair price. I will always come back to them with any future repairs that I need. And I can't thank them enough for what they've done for me. They did great work on my 2012 Journey. They were able to get me in same day to do their inspection and they had the parts on hand to replace my radiator so they had the work done by the next morning. The car has been running without issue since I got it back from them.

The staff was also easy to work with. Jim was my main point of contact and he was very knowledgeable and didn't condescend like some guys do. He was also upfront everytime there was going to be any additional cost and got approval from me before they did the additional work.

All in all I'm very happy with the work done.

I always have a wonderful experience at ER. They have first class facilities and high quality staff. The personal touches make every visit worth while. I trust their expert opinions on the maintenance of my vehicles. They have never tried to sell me a service unneeded.

Took my daughter's car to them because the engine light kept coming on and I kept getting a code for the bank 1 oxygen sensor, they gave her a car to drive til they could look at it the next day. Turned out it also had a bad cam timing sensor, they let me know what it would cost upfront which I appreciated and they did a really good job the on the repairs and they give you a warranty for parts a repairs of it happens again, only thing I'd say is they are a little pricey but they got the car done in one day the Ford dealer would have had it for a week and they give the warranty so All in all I'm giving them 5 stars, they were very nice and even showed me the bad parts upon my request. I recommend giving them a chance to show you an alternative to the dealership repair shops.

ER Autocare is my go-to place for repair. They welcome walk ins, are always cordial, and explain everything in easy to understand language. The do a great job of building trust.

After business hours, we had to have one of our vehicles towed in due to the alternator going out and draining the battery as well. I was able to book an appointment on line and ER had the estimate early the next morning. It was in line with what I expected and they had the vehicle repaired that day. As a bonus, they had vacuumed the car as well! Great service, great value!

ER AutoCare has consistently done a wonderful & thorough job with our vehicles. We have had a myriad of issues over the years, and ER has been there for us every time. I can’t recommend them enough.

ER Autocare in Plain City did me a huge favor today. Son's car sounded like the bendix gear in the starter wasn't engaging the flywheel. They pulled (with rope) the care from about quarter mile away to their shop, examined the situation and let me know what was going on within a half an hour. The bolts had loosened on the starter I had replaced ~90 previously. They fixed the car within an hour and the bill was way less than expected. Friendly, courteous service during the entire experience. I highly recommend this business.
