Jeff was very patient with me showed me what ever I want to see match up different items until we match the right furniture together. Jeff also recommended certain items that match and didn't match. I would recommend Bibs Discount to everyone a great place to shop for your house.

The store was very clean and laid out well. Easy to get around. Our salesperson Gabby was so knowledgeable and helpful. We were going to visit other furniture stores to compare but Bob's had exactly what we wanted and with such good assistance and comparable prices we made our purchase at Bob's our first stop.

The people are really friendly and helpful. Not pushy at all. But always ready and willing to help you when you are ready. They are very thorough in making sure they provide you with all the applicable information. I really enjoyed experience. I will be back to buy other furniture and will definitely recommend them to people I know. Thank you Phil and Tee for all your help!

Went into Bob’s furniture shopping for a dining room table. Elijah greeted us and asked if we needed help. He showed us what they had and left us to decide, which I loved. He stayed within reach if we had questions. We left with the perfect set and a beautiful rug as well. Great customer service. Good prices! I will return.

We were in out of the store in a flash. Got the dinning room table that would fit perfectly in a very unique space. Had stopped in on a previous visit briefly when narrowing options and was greeted warmly but given the space to shop and browse. It certainly helped to bring us back in again expecting that same no pressure approach.

As my husband and I were walking in I said to him, “don’t let the salesmen talk us into anything! We are just here to look!” Lol. I’m sure a lot of people have felt like that right! We don’t want to be harassed or bulldozed into something right! But anyway, we were met up front by Bobby and he was pleasant and funny. He told us the lay out of the place welcomed us to refreshments and told us he’d check back with us later. And that’s exactly what he did. Never once did I feel pressured, he gave his professional advice and showed us some pieces that we didn’t see. We had lovely conversation and he was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend going to see Bobby if you are looking at buying!

The store was clean and neat and we were greeted when we entered by an employee with a friendly smile. We were asked if we needed help and was left alone to browse without being pressured. Never had to look around for someone to help because our sales person was near by, but still kept distance and didn't hover over us. Great experience and easy.

As always from the time I walk in the door I am greeted by a friendly staff member who ask questions to get a feel of my needs and then point me in the right direction. I have made several purchases from Bobs and have recommended friends and family! In me you have a customer for life! Shout out to Elijah from the Mayfield store and also to Bob!

Bob the salesman was very professional. He used no pressure sales tactics and really helped me to make the best decision for my home and family needs! The price was fair and discounted. I will be shopping there again!!! Great quality furniture!!

My two daughters and my granddaughter picked out a couch for us, and they face- timed me while in the store. The salesman (whose name was Bob) had them explain details between 2 couches and we all agreed on one!!! They later told me that they were happy with their experience in your store and will probably be buying for themselves in the future!!

Bob was literally AMAZING!! He took his time to make sure we got exactly what we needed. He knows his stuff!! He has Great customer service and your company is better because he is there!! Thank you Bob for your hospitality and service!! Keep up the great work!!!

Great store, great deals on a quality furniture. 5 star. We are glad we stopped by. Jeff is the best professional sale person. Managers keep him as long as he is willing to work with you :) and its not just words. Highly recommend!

Update:
Giving 0 stars for installation. The store had to exchange some of my bedroom set due to scratches. Two guys came at 6:20 AM telling me im not ready for them?? After finishing their job, they broke few things, made new scratches on new pieces. After they said they were done, installation looked awfull and crooked. The guy blamed on manufacture defects. Obviously was installer mistakes. BEWARE of the delivery company name: HWS from Cleveland. Worse installation i have ever seen. The only explanation is they have no idea what they are doing. Ended up changing some parts again for Bob's expense. Feel bad for the store. At the same time i paid my dollar and need professionals please.

Working with “Bob” was very easy. He knew what we needed and pointed us in the right direction. I will definitely do business with Bob’s Furniture when the need arises and I will request working with Bob.

Gabby gave great customer service and was extremely helpful. She was patient and friendly and went above and beyond to help me choose a great furniture set.

I purchased a glass top dining room table last January. I purchased the protection plan at the same time. I regretted getting the plan and called customer service and tried to cancel it. The rep convinced me to keep it. Fast forward months and someone scratched the table at a dinner party. I filed a claim and everything was seem less. I kept waiting for the “catch” but it never came. I got to keep the old top and had a new one delivered for free. The delivery team even installed the new top for free! What a great experience!

Don't remember the man's name who helped us. Very knowledgeable, professional. He also went out of his way to help us. We didn't realize we had to bring are own plastic to cover matress and load it ourselves. He wrapped it for us and also help put it in the truck
