This company is as scandalous as they come. Fex Ex driver hit my house and this company handles their claims. It 3 months to investigate the damage. Throughout the process there was many lies and lots of losing my documents I have sent in.
They reviewed the video footage, then they said they did not have a camera on there. This was after they told me they pulled the footage. I requested they inspect the vehicle for damage and they refused. They lied and said there were no witnesses. I was right there and I saw the entire thing. This company and its employess are very fradulent. They should be in jail for fraud.

Been waiting 3 and a half months to be paid out by them for one of their company vehicles nearly totaling my back end in Pittsburgh. I've left about 15 unreturned messages. Even the supervisor for my case never called me back when I left them a message, although it did prompt a call back from the normal worker. Seems nobody at this company knows how to check an answering machine because every other review is saying the same thing as me. I'm nearly to the point I could sue this company due to the amount of time thats passed and the state of my vehicle since then. I've been driving around with a nearly totaled car for MONTHS.

I have video proof of FedEx running over my mailbox, along with receipts for the repairs. Gallagher Bassett refuses to reimburse me.

This place is absolute trash, nobody calls you back, nobody is of any assistance, Liberty mutual and fedex are trash for using this company it’s astonishing.

Put a minus b4 that star cuz you all are like trying to get ahold of a closed office, I'm having trouble figuring out why my company switched backed to you from esis or isis or whatever the other worthless company we had b4 you. I think it is past time for petition to have co. Self insurance license is revoked and put you out of the business you're not doing anyway

This company is the easily the worst people I've ever had to deal with. They don't answer their phone or return messages and they keep bouncing me around to different case workers. It's so frustrating.

This office at first was really good for my husband's workman's comp case they were on the ball we got paid they helped him with his medical equipment everything that he needed and then all of a sudden he's not getting paid. We haven't seen a paycheck in over six weeks and all our caseworker Amy can keep telling us is that it's in the mail it's in the mail. For some reason my husband's company doesn't do direct deposits like others. She can't even overnight us anything no nothing by the end time anybody ends up reading this will end up losing everything. I just don't know what to do anymore

Lady Nichole Simpson had my address wrong twice and ALMOST correct once, ALL ON THE SAME DOCUMENT. Then when I tried calling to have it corrected it took 3 days, multiple emails and a hour on the phone to get ahold of her. Finally she got the address correct and said they would re-issue my check. Here’s hoping it actually shows up to my house.

So i go to McDonald's in butler pa. Get a mcchicken sandwich. Drive thru. One bite!!! Big chicken bone!!!!! Broke tooth !!!! Need $1000 for services!!! Got one call from a Stephen Ruthig. a week ago. Sore cheek. Head aches!!!! Ask questions. Wantrd to solve quickly!!!! Have pics and all !!!! No response. No dental!! Terrible service after he was so friendly on the phone!!!!!!!

They lack Communication & direction drastically. I filed in February. This is June, I'm still waiting on any kind of judgment to be made. It is ridiculous to have to wait this long.

Customer service is non-existent. No one answers their phone or returns calls. Emails are ignored. I, frankly, don't see how these people stay in business.

Send me to their doctor to a referral for surgery. Surgeon said I need surgery. The won't approve it so know they are sending me to an IME to see what he says. They are wasting time and money.

They have for the last month stalled on paying me out on my wage loss. They are everything wrong about self-insured companies on in re to workers compensation. Get a lawyer.

Customer service experience sucks they never pick up and do not keep in contact with anybody i hope they go out of business!!!
