Yesterday was the 3rd time I have been to a Verizon store and the 1st time at this one. Patrick was helping another customer at the time. He greeted me and let me know how long he would be. I was there to drop a phone line, get a new phone and have one phone reset to factory settings. He helped me with all of it. He was very friendly and professional. He also connected my new phone to my car. I would highly recommend going to see Patrick if you need a new phone or help with an old one.

I had a great experience working with Patrick to get my equipment upgraded. I had an idea about the phone I wanted and he was able to provide intelligent feedback on that product, feedback on the manufacturer's other offerings, and information about the competitors equipment as well. I feel like I received the best possible incentives and rebates for my new equipment and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything in excess of what I needed.
I witnessed Patrick's coworker happily help two elderly women on two separate occasions with transferring data from old equipment to new even though they hadn't made a purchase from them directly.
It's the type of business that I like supporting and I don't plan on going anywhere else for my cell phone and wireless needs as long as they are in business.

Jeff was fantastic. He was able to quickly help us get in contact with customer service to begin switching a phone number to our current plan and then helped us select a replacement phone along with accessories. He even helped us find a better deal for our monthly services. Jeff provided exceptional customer service and we will certainly be back for any other device upgrades!

Patrick is a true professional. He is concerned about sales but more concerned about the experience for his customers. I would recommend visiting his store no matter where you are from. I made the drive to Westerly from East Providence and he was even there early before the store officially opened. Great experience overall!

Walked in , had 7 customers , he was helping 3 at a time, offering coffee to others and giving wait times, knew everyone by name. Easily the best customer service I have witnessed in a long time.

Cyle did a great job setting up our new phones, even when problems arose with having to switch the phone numbers. He was very patient and there was a woman working that was also very helpful with the situation

I had a bad experience with one of the employees here but the owner Patrick went out of his way to rectify the situation. He was very assertive in helping me out and dealt with the problem I had. I truly appreciate what he did for me and I recommend this store highly!

I went in to start my own account and was helped immediately with great customer service! Then I went in a couple days later to add my fiancé to my plan and met with a different guy, again very helpful and kind! And (by no fault to Verizon) I ended up not liking the phone I had upgraded to and was met with above and beyond effort to helping me get the phone that fit for me better.
