really good Service and Support the Staff was very Helpful.

Fredrick was great. My fiance and I didn't realize we got there 15 minutes before closing. Fred stayed 45 min after the fact and got us setup with our new equipment. We felt terrible. But awesome customer service! Give that man a raise!

I had an incredible experience at the Westerly AT & T. Honestly I was dreading going in. A week before I purchased a new cell and wasn’t able to transfer data from my old cell to the new one. Nicholas took care of everything for me. He was respectful, explained everything he was doing, and wiped everything off my old phone. Nicholas was patient and answered all of my questions. My experience exceeded my expectations because of the time he took to care of everything. Thank you Nicholas! AT & T is lucky to have you.

I came in with questions and left with my new phone, accessories and service upgraded. The associate, Mike, was helpful, funny, and walked me through everything. I felt safe in the store, which is important to me since I am immune compromised. Thank you Westerly AT&T!

Hands down my greatest new phone experience ever! The staff at this location is knowledgeable, fast, friendly and conscientious. Would absolutely recommend letting them help vs ordering over phone or on-line. I left a very happy new iPhone owner; thanks Guys!

Love the store every time I go into the store the guys there are extremely nice and are always happy to help even when there isn't a sale involved. I went in there and upgraded my phone and I'm not the most tech savvy person and they took the time to make sure all my pictures and contacts transferred over from my old phone. Do yourself a favor and go see the guys at the At&t westerly store they will take awesome care of you.

Very friendly, fixed my renewal problem in less than 5 minutes where as online couldn’t seem to renew my account. On the phone for 2 1/2 hours Att couldn’t renew my account either.

The store reps at the store in Westerly we’re both very knowledgeable and friendly and seemed very Like minded to make sure I receive a good value which I did
