Hands down the best cell phone place I have been to. Zack greeted me at the door, I was able to leave in a timely manner with a new phone! There was also an accessory bundle I purchased, and a speaker for my kids birthday. He loves it! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and as a women I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of.

Went here with my boyfriend to start a new plan since he was unhappy with his other service provider. He kept his number and got a awesome new Samsung phone free.. Jordan Perez was working and made everything so easy he was helpful and took his time to explain how everything worked and and help my boyfriend switch his phone over and set everything for him. He was very, polite and knowledgeable. We received Excellent service !! Later when we got home my boyfriend noticed his password from FB did not transfer over we went back to the store on Saturday and Luckily Jordan was working again. He went above and beyond to help rest forgotten pass words which took some time and get back into the app !! He saved the day and truly gave 10+ service. You have a wonderful employee there cricket !!! I would definitely recommend this cricket store and Jordan Perez !!! If you need a phone and great deal he is the one to go to !!

The store Manager Ben was a big help today from the 1st moment I walked in the store to the time when I was leaving. He got my new phone up and running and even helped me transfer all my data from my old phone to the new one. Without his help I never would of been able to do it. Thanks Ben for all the help you gave me today. I'll be back soon to get a new phone cover for the new phone you helped me set-up.

I just stopped in at a random Cricket Wireless store, and Jordan fixed 2 different phone issues I was having, quickly and efficiently. He had a great personality too!

I recently visited this location not only was Jordan very professional but he was very patient and after a very long day at work he made sure that I was taken care of. I crossed back over to Cricket from straight talk. All those Straight Talk is very affordable, it does not match the customer service or ease of payment offered by Cricket by any means...

this store improved a lot under new management i was told. I used to have cricket switched to metro just to find out their service is horrible so i switched back to cricket and the tall guy i cannot remeber his name helped me out even took my old phone for trade in.
