Great experience. I made an appointment to get fitted for a Driver, 3 and 5 wood. I felt that they spent plenty of time, different lengths, different shafts. Very satisfied with my clubs!!

Travelled to Newark, OH for custom fit. Very positive experience! Isaac helped direct me to the irons, hybrid, and driver that fit my swing and set me up for consistency and success.

Received clubs early and was able to hit the range just in time for 80 degree weather in April!

Bought complete set including putter and golf bag! Name brand for same would have been double!

I recently ordered some left-handed packs from The Golfworks. It was a custom order with a time limit of about 2 weeks. I called in to verify that they had all of my directions correct. That's when we found out together that the Gap Wedge was on back-order until June. Because its part of a pack and every pack included the Gap Wedge, I would not be able to receive the rest of the irons in the pack until the order could completely be filled. I asked for options and was told the only option was to wait or cancel that part of the order. I hung up the phone very disappointed with the company and their customer service.

I decided to call back to let them know what I wanted to do. I would keep the other packs on order and order the components in the iron pack and build them myself. The lady that I spoke to was named Jessica F. If you need to speak to customer service, I would suggest that you ask for Jessica! Her and her manager, Michelle L. went the extra mile for me and worked it out so that I could still get the pack pricing that didn't include the Gap Wedge. They noted on my account that I could add the wedge on in June for the Pack price and they would ship it as soon as it was available and assembled and ready to go.

Thank you very much, Jessica and Michelle! We need more people in the world like you two, who look for ways to say yes, instead of looking for reasons to say no.

Got a fitting and bought new set of KE 4 irons. 4 through 9. Absolutely great customer service and products for a third of the cost as the big boys. 7 handicap. Been playing 25 years. Hands down best irons I’ve ever had. Got me min 2 shots per round first three rounds I’ve used them.

We were very impressed. We went here for a custom driver for my friend because the prices were far more reasonable than other venues. We took a day off. Before selecting the right club, the professional spent an hour with my friend, utilizing the computer simulator and giving him one-on-one advice. After that, the recommended club was taken outside to their driving range and my friend hit balls for about an hour. I know we took a long time for only a $150 club but until we did, we didn't know we wanted that $150 club, vs. something else. For $150 we got a professional lesson and assessment, and unlimited practice. Oh yeah - and a custom driver. We were not pressured, we were given honest and fair information, and walked away feeling like we got quite a deal. We will be back.

PS - the driver is tracked to be delivered today, five days after our appointment. I will post back if there are further issues but I expect none.

Golf Works is a great place to do business. The products are fresh and on hand. The amount of free knowledge the Golf Works team gives out is awesome. I have attended several 3 day class, staff, service along with material over the top. Continue to do what you do

I went thru the fitting process and bought custom clubs. Austin set me up really well. I loved the experience and love the new clubs. I got great clubs at a great price. Couldnt be happier. I went back later to get a driver, got the last years Ping driver and its fantastic. I highly recommend Golf works. My clubs were custom crafted quickly and got them asap. They have helped my game a lot, and chicks dig me. Ok maybe not. I will buy another hybrid, which are amazing, to supplement my distances.

For new and experienced golfers this place is great. I have been playing for less than a year, went in today to see about a fitting. They fit me right in (it's best to schedule a fitting but I got lucky and they had an open spot). The kid that helped me I can't remember his name but he did a hell of a job. Gave me a few pointers and just all around hooked me up. Thanks guys.

This is a 5 Star store with 10 Star employees, Jeff Fee and Chris Z(golf instructor) are two amazing people that KNOW GOLF! Let’s also recognize the other STAFF AS WELL since last posted: Isaac Johnson, Quin, Jack , Luke and of course the Man who PURE your clubs. Bring him some food when ya visit. They take their time to make sure you are properly set up with equipment that will improve your game. The passion for golf is evident here at the GOLFWORKS PRO-SHOP.
Always treated well here for over 20 years. I will never go anywhere else to have my clubs adjusted or worked on. This is the greatest golf store in the world and its the people that make it that. Custom components, large selection and knowledgeable staff. Try various combinations before you buy. You are fortunate if you live close enough to stop by but still an awesome website. Gteat deals on balls, gloves, shoes and apparel. It's all about golf - what's not to like!

I had a great experience. They have many options to choose from when replacing shafts and grips.

Golf Works was absolutely phenomenal. Guy was super knowledgeable and customer service was outstanding. He didn't pressure to buy anything and I walked out with a new set of Callaway clubs. Would recommend to anyone
