I had a really good experience for my first time at this location, the customer service rep was friendly and very helpful and made sure everything worked properly. Definitely will make more purchases at this location 😊👍.

Kristin (I'm sure I'm spelling that wrong cute blonde!!) and jade! Were so absolutely so helpful!! I'm from Texas and I'm use to shopping at a different store and this was the closest one to me in kentucky and such a drive, they were not only informative they were also just so incredibly sweet and kind the whole experience. Amazing customer service made the entire experience so comfortable for someone so out of their element 10/10 will go back!!!!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Liz I believe her name is was very very laid back and helpful able to answer any questions that I had. She even took the time to show me some products in the store and explain the difference between certain oils. I didn't feel pressured at all also didn't feel like I "had to hide" from being seen. Loved the lingerie as well even better than VS and the price on it was alot lower than I thought it would be. Competitive prices,friendly staff, laid back atmosphere. I would definitely be shopping here again.

I had a great experience with my first visit. Those that were working were extremely helpful and nice. The store was very clean and organized. I was able to find what I needed. If I had any questions about anything the employees were right there to answer them. I will be returning very soon and recommending to those that I know. Thank you for the amazing experience.

Great place! Staff are very knowledgeable and have been trained on how to use their products. Would highly recommend that anyone that is new or has questions, ask them! Staff (I can't remember who but they were both female, one whose name starts with M) were able to answer all my questions and give me helpful tips.

It may look like a small store but they have a lot of products!
The location is kind of funny. Would never have thought I'd find a sex shop in strip with totally unrelated stores. Don't let that deter you tho!

There is one review that mentions how the employees were talking. Keep in mind, it is a sex shop so there's a good chance you'll overhear a conversation about something sex-related. Also, the employees I came across are SUPER nice.

I always have a great time when I visit this store. Not only is the staff knowledgeable, but they're very friendly as well. A special shoutout to Becca who introduced me to a Diffuser. If you want to enhance the mood or just enjoy aromatherapy, go check them out!

This place is fantastic to visit. The staff here were very welcoming and ear to answer all the questions that we had. Everyone was very kind and they had a wonderful selection. They had a lovely selection of all sorts of things that you may need for all sorts of levels, while also focusing on being queer-friendly and fun!

Fantastic, classy little store with great prices and AMAZING people running it! After a simple mix up with a gift and the C19 curbside delivery process, the owner went WAY out of his way to deliver the package GIFTWRAPPED to my door on a Sunday!!! So cool! I'd create a 6th star on here if I could. Blown away by their costumer focused service. Thanks guys!!

Never knew this place existed, but happy we found it. A whole lot to choose from and a great staff. The guy helping us out was awesome and didn't make anything seem awkward at all. Will definitely be going back.

First time I have EVER seen an adult store in this area and in such a high volume location too. Wouldn't of even noticed that it was this type of store had there not been dressed figures in the Windows!! After looking around inside I saw many items and products that I would definitely bought right then had the prices been a bit lower, but will definitely be back to purchase a few things that were reasonably priced and great employees that don't make you feel weird or naughty for being there, that also are very informative with the products they're selling

This is my wife, and my first time visiting an adult store. The employees made us feel comfortable, and welcome. We are so happy we have a new favorite store. We highly recommend this store to any couple, or single people looking for something new, and a refreshing change of pace.

I came in and gabe & Paul were GREAT! I had great customer service. Helped me out so much. I was completely comfortable and didn't feel uncomfortable at all. It was a great experience and very educational.

my fiance and i visit the sharonville location for the first time, and was cheerfully greeted when we walked through the door, even though it was close to closing time. Mazzy was very friendly and extremely helpful. She let us know about sale items, saw what we were interested in, and suggested items that were right for our particular interests. very helpful and had an impressive knowledge of the products in stock. It was a wonderful experience, and we'll definitely shop at this store again. thanks mazzy for all your help
