I have family who live in California. For the last 2 years I've been taking a picture of there trivia board and send it to my family in a text and we all play together. It's our tradition. Love it

We love Biggby! We also love the fact that it's locally owned. Everyone in there is always super nice and doing their best to get customers through as quickly as possible even when it's crazy busy. And it does get crazy busy LOL

This was my first time going and the lady helped me out to figure out what I'm asking so I got a cold brew flavored hazelnut great tasting. The Starbucks on Harding highway I wouldn't go back they made two drinks exactly the same and they both were not they both taste like water down peppermint. And no coffee. So I'm going to start going to Biggby coffee I really enjoy it the coffee and they're quick and very friendly too. Because it was my first time ordering there the lady helped me out tremendously and did not have an attitude like some places do.

Hands down best tasting coffee joint I have experienced in my 31 years on this earth! Specialty drinks are pricey so keep an eye out for BOGO offers (every weds and various holidays). They do a great job marketing with coupons and making it a little less teeth grinding so keep an eye out for them!

They was having issues with their system. They informed you right away. Nice people

The coffee here is enough to rival Starbucks, Dutchbros, Tim Hortons, etc.
The service is kind and fast, although one of the male employees is a bit intense and makes you feel like your inconveniencing him, everyone else is super friendly.
Overall amazing quality coffee and food.

Their customer service was Bubbly, and I could tell they enjoyed being there. I had the pumpkin spice sweet foam cold brew with a shot of espresso, and my taste buds and energy was back on the right path! Thank you! 😊

Every time I go here the staff are super friendly and some are down right bubbly with enthusiasm. Haven't had a single item not made to order precisely and everything I've tasted so far has been yummy. They are swift which is great for grabbing that needed pick me up on the way into work and while it's still new to the area it is already a favorite.

I may be biased, but this is definitely my FAVORITE coffee shop. Employees are super friendly and funny, dedicated to their job, and quick at what they do. The shop is clean and cozy. Very welcoming staff!!!!! biggby > starbucks any given day

Every time I frequent this location (which is quite a lot) I am never disappointed. My drink is made 100$ correctly every time, and I am always welcomed with warm smiles and enthusiastic conversations while I wait. With an added perk being the trivia board.

Biggby is by far my favorite coffee place in town. Starbucks is overrated and dunkin is gross lol. Fun, friendly baristas and GREAT products 👌

Their espresso is great, very smooth. All of the food I've had there tasted great, just very expensive. The only coffee shop I've ever been to where the employees actually seem to know about coffee. Definitely the best coffee your gonna get in Lima, but it's gonna cost you

Been going every Wednesday even before bogo. Great place to grab a coffee and food that isn't a Starbucks. Prefer them more than Tim Horton as well. Pretty speedy service and good customer interaction.
