Dr. Laura Taylor is a wonderful example of what every doctor should aspire to be! She was so knowledgeable, kind and caring. She took time to talk and didn’t seem rushed. Instead, she listened intently and was very pleasant. My wife and I were beyond happy with our experience and truly the entire staff was remarkable. I would highly recommend Dr. Taylor!

We have been very happy with this group of Doctors for over 20 years. They are professional, friendly and caring about your needs.

I have been going to this medical facility since it was built many years ago. I'm very pleased with all the doctors and staff. My primary doctor is Dr. Downey who is beyond exceptional. I've also been seen by other doctors when my doctor was not available. My husband's primary doctor is Dr. Tubbs, and he is very pleased with his expertise. Once Dr. Li admitted me to a hospital for symptoms that did not seem too serious to me. However, I soon realized that her actions may have saved my life. We are so satisfied with the Wyoming staff that after a move, we choose to drive a great distance to continue with these fantastic doctors. It's also a good reason to stop at the best butcher shop in town-Wyoming Meat Market 😊

This review is with special focus on Dr. Pickle.
Dr. Pickle took the time to talk my husband through certain concerns that other physicians have never done. She was patient and thorough. The way that she explained what was going on was insightful and understandable. Truly makes you feel like your loved ones (as well as yourself) are in good hands.

The people here are real. Nice but real people. Dr. Li is honest. She tells you what you need to do to be in the best health possible and doesn't tolerate not following her advice. If you are not going to follow your Doctors instructions, why are you seeing them?

I love the staff very polite and if you have a question they answer it.Dr Pickle is a great professional doctor she answers every question so i can understand it.i would recommend uc wyoming to everyone.also i seen on these reviews about having a long wait for appointments there that happens in every medical and even hospitals buildings. That means the doctor are doing their best to help the patient before you.Thats the care i want all doctors and their staff are HEROS.So be kind and patient when you have to wait a bit longer..

My wait time was about 5 minutes in lobby then Dr. Ciani gave me a thorough exam. Was very pleasant.

I like this office . Dr Matthew Tubb is a caring and knowledgeable physician . I also like Dr Ciani and will use her for female related or as an alternate physician for sick visits when Dr Tubb .isn’t there . I have found office personnel to be very pleasant and accommodating . I am perplexed by the bad reviews . I did 1 physician who I would avoid , but always filled out the survey that came back to me after visits in my UC login acct . I had to see that physician and noticed a positive change in interactions with me .

Medication refills always take days and usually multiple phone calls, horrible communication skills and lack of care for patients. Change doctors asap

While I do not have a doctor at this UC location, I have been getting blood draws there for several years with no problems. I received liver/kidney transplants at UC Medical Center and have a standing blood draw order with other UC doctors. Today I went there and was told that they now only do blood draws for patients of THEIR doctors at that location. Needless to say my rating has plunged as this was the only convenient, close location for me

Staff are relatively helpful over the phone, but rude and dismissive in person, especially to young adults. I've overheard them talking about (more like complaining about) me and other patients behind our backs while I was sitting in the waiting room. The worst part, however, is my doctor, Dr. Li. She consistently interrupts me, doesn't listen to what I am actually saying, withholds information, and makes decisions about my care and medications without including or informing me. I am finding another doctor ASAP.

My entire family saw Dr. J. Li after relocating to Cincinnati. Her care bordered on malpractice in my opinion. As a stroke patient I asked for a referral to a neurologist in the area, she replied I don't need it. Well after several TIA later and a neurological consult (obtained from my Hemotalogist) I clearly do need it. Also she saw my 9 year old son who has been diagnosed with ADHD. She refused to prescribe is medicine, suggested we should just take vitamins. Also she did bloodwork in him and told us something was very wrong! Scared to death we took him to endocrinologist @ Children's hospital. The only thing that was wrong is she doesn't know how to read test results. She was using lab matrix for adults. When I asked to use a different Dr within the practice group, I got a phone call stating "I should go somewhere else for care". Rather than asking why I was unhappy with Dr Li and wanting to switch, they would rather just send me elsewhere

Excessive wait for lab. You can't book a scheduled time so you must simply come in, sign into a paper sheet and wait. Today I waited 44 minutes for a simple, routine blood test. Facility needs much improved scheduling system or way to advise patients how long wait will be. As a long time patient I've discovered that this facility is substandard when compared to Montgomery location or previous Crescent Ave. location in Wyoming, Ohio proper. At those locations wait times were typically 10 minutes. This waste of time affected my entire day's schedule.

Scheduling and general communication are both a nightmare. I called about my sick 1 year old; the receptionist said they could schedule a video call for the next day but scheduled it a week later. I don't understand how it takes over a week to get in contact with my child's physician. They can't even manage to call back the correct number that I confirmed 30 minutes earlier. I would not recommend if you have young children.
