Kroger

Good place to shop, especially in the early afternoon. Found everything I came to purchase, and got out quickly.
Also, returned a lost cellphone to the woman who'd lost it, and was glad to do it. It was in the top section of my cart, and starting ringing...with the SAME ringtone I use 😀. I knew it wasn't mine, because my phone is never out when I shop, and turned it in to Customer Service. I then noticed a woman walking around, looking for something, tracked her down, and told her where I'd dropped off her phone. Glad to have helped her out 👍🏻

I went to kroger in hartwell this morning to self check out I had not planned on going back to that store cause my experience there last month was horrible they had a new young lady at self check out she was excellent she said good morning and ask if I needed help with anything and was very pleasant thank you hartwell kroger for stepping up your game that’s the way you greet your customers I give her a 5. *****

Shelfs are being stocked more and more. Always clean. Great staff. The pharmacy staff is great. Some new ones are on the just ok side but all in all a great place to get everything on your shopping list, get your prescriptions filled. Fast and easy check out.

I love this location! The store is smaller so there is less selection than some of the other stores. I love this place to pop in and do a quick loop of the store and grab a couple things I need. The employees are always friendly and quick to help when needed.

I moved to this area in 2018. I grew up, and then raised my children in Loveland, Ohio. When I first moved here, I didn't know the area at all, and in looking for the nearest grocery store, kroger on vine was the first and closet store that I saw. I went there once, and did not go back. It was a mess, dirty, unorganized, unstocked, terrible produce and the staff wasn't so friendly. I didn't realize there was a kroger on winton initially, so I started shopping there instead. Where I'm located is right in between both krogers, equal in direction both ways. Recently, I started doing grocery delivery and kroger vine street was one of my first assignments. I went reluctantly due to my past experience, but when I walked in I was amazed! Whatever changed since 2018 has dramatically improved this location! Although a smaller store, it is ran and staffed with an amazing team! Every employee is super friendly, welcoming and helpful above and beyond expectations! It's always clean, organized and stocked (as well as it can be with the current state of things). Going between winton and vine for my delivery assignments, I've noticed that vine is the better of the two hands down! Winton is so low on stock constantly, and the employees aren't as friendly (some are, not an all inclusive statement) but as a team, vine employees rise above! The shelves at vine are way better stocked than winton, and I consistently see employees at vine restocking throughout the day! I don't see that at winton, ever, only early in the morning. I'm not knocking winton, but I think vine deserves the recognition for going above and beyond! Whatever has changed since 2018 was a great move! I do my personal shopping there now as well! Your store and all the exceptional employees deserve recognition! The community surrounding you appreciates each and every one of you! ...and the new shopping carts are appreciated:)

Saved the day for me. Needed a quick stop at Kroger while making a series of deliveries and needed to get gas using Kroger points, so this was in the right place at the right time. Kroger store layouts tend to follow one of a few basic patterns ( with exceptions for the super stores that make me crazy ) so it is fairly easy to come into many unfamiliar stores and still navigate fairly easily

I go out of my way to come here because the size is perfect. Sometimes I have to ask if I want an unusual fruit or vegetable but they often have a couple tucked away somewhere. I shop usually during the day and have never encountered long lines. I have noticed, though, that the self check often takes longer than regular lines.

This is my "go to" Krogers when I need to get in & out quickly. This is a smaller store so, there's less territory to cover. They usually have everything I need. Sometimes the larger stores have deeper variety choices such as more flavors or more sizes but all the basics are here. I prefer this pharmacy because there's rarely a wait, they know me & are very helpful if I have questions. I would really miss this store if it went away.

I love my kroger and most of the workers are like family and that means a lot,when my husband passed away in August 2 months ago I needed help with flowers and the manager introduced me to the greatest lady flower department manager I have ever met, she is so kind and sympathetic and got me and my family through that part..kroger is lucky to have a great group of home bound people including Phil ,Big Adam in pharmacy...

Employees are always helpful. I've Never had an Issue with them and I've been shopping there for over 20 years now. The Krogers here is one of the Best an safest you can shop at. Thank you Krogers for being there. Mr. George Parga

This is my favorite Kroger's in the Cincinnati area. It has truly mind boggling markdowns. It's smaller enough that you can order the whole shop leisurely on about a half hour. 5 stars.

Clean store. Snowy day and the lot is being continuously plowed. Lines moving fast. Prices too high in my opinion though... Had to stop at Dollar Tree to grab things that I know were cheaper.

Not sure if this is the Kroger in Cleves, Ohio but that is the last one I visited. I love that their location and parking is convenient and easy to maneuver and would rather drive from Lawrenceburg to there to do my shopping just for that reason alone. The Kroger in Lawrenceburg is always crowded and having the McDonald's there just makes it more chaotic. People do not yield for pedestrians like they do at Cleves and there is more space between cars parked across from each other at Cleves versus Lawrenceburg.

The staff at both places are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable but there are often not enough registers open at the Lawrenceburg store. It is also more difficult to get assistance on the self-registers at Lawrenceburg. They both seem to have great selection and plenty of stock, as well very organized and clean so I tend to shop at a Kroger over Wal-mart or IGA even though the prices are a bit higher.

I Love all the Krogers no matter what neighborhood countries, city love them all. Lol
