Was greeted upon entering the store, GREAT SERVICE, don't remember the guys name but he was so nice.

Erik was very knowlegable and helpful. Worked with me to make a deal happen. Also went out with me to my car to make sure everything would fit. Very impressed.

It was awesome everything you can think of for the home from Furniture to electronics washers and dryers TVs living room set bedroom sets everything you possibly need you got to check it out

Greeted immediately when walk7ng in. Tammy introduced herself and asked what we were looking for. I told her and the price range and she took us to that area.

Sales person Erik was awesome. Very knowledgeable and professional. Would do business with him again for sure !

I bought a Samsung washing machine. After 3 months it stopped working. I called Samsung and they said that I needed to deal with the store that sold it to me. I called and spoke to Kelly the store manager, and let me tell you, he is Amazing!! Not only did he make it right, he upgraded my new washer and is having it delivered yet this week.
They are so very kind there, and make shopping a Great Experience!

My husband and I recently bought a Samsung washer from Kelly at ABC warehouse. Kelly helped us above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly and would fit on our previous washer platform. My son ended up also going to ABC to purchase a washer and dryer from Kelly. I highly recommend going there to get all your appliances or televisions.

Tammy was the best to work with. We told her exactly what we wanted and she went through each appliance meticulously to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We always enjoy visiting ABC Warehouse’s helpful staff!

I am an avid believer that the person on the phone is the initial representation of the store, and is the first person you 'see'. I called this location to find out about purchasing a smart tv, and got the NICEST guy! His name is Chris. He made me an offer I could not refuse LITERALLY! I told his supervisor, Kelly Johnson, that Chris was VERY knowledgeable and VERY customer service oriented. Then I sent my husband down there to pick up my new TV. Great store!

I just want to SAY Kelly Johnson at the Lima warehouse, did a excellent job taking care of us. We had a washer and dryer go out it was under warranty, and Kelly Johnson was very kind and proactive when it came to getting us a new set that was to our likening. He made sure he took GOOD care of us !!! He has wonderful customer service skills, appreciates his customers it's hard to find individuals like that in customer service!! Ask for Kelly he is a superior employee!!! Thank you Kelly

Marcus and Erik are very helpful. Several months ago I purchased a washer and dryer from Lowes. I had been waiting for delivery and called Lowes only to find out they couldn’t fulfill my order. They also had known they couldn’t fulfill my order for over a month and never told me. Got a refund from Lowes and went over to ABC warehouse. These salesmen were able to help me get the washer and dryer I wanted. They had to call another store to find the washer (as this set was getting discontinued by the manufacturer) but did and set up for delivery in 6 days. They gave me a good price and threw in hoses for the washer and steam dryer. My only disappointment was when the delivery guy wouldn’t set them up. But I received the washer and dryer I wanted for the pedestals I already had.

We always get great service and great prices. We have been coming here for years. Mr Johnson is the manager & he's wonderful.

I went in to find a new microwave, the selection was rather good and I was stuck on a stainless Frigidaire. Andy was able to find me the one I wanted for a good price too, and they even had it in stock! He had good customer service and even brought the microwave straight to my car and loaded it up for me too.

I can share that my experience with ABC Warehouse today was most exceptional I had walked in and looked at an item that had been accidentally priced the wrong thing this made me upset as this had happened to me on my previous visit to ABC Warehouse so I was really just done and ready to leave. The sales manager actually followed me outside and wanted to make this right with me which he did he also apologized and explained how that could have happened which I can understand and will be a returning customer

We typically don't buy the service plan/extended warranty when we purchase appliances, but the plan that ABC warehouse offers is reasonably priced, so we decided to add it. I'm so glad that we did because the plan has more than paid for itself!!
The repair that was needed on our dishwasher was estimated to be very expensive, so Kelly called to invite us to ABC to pick out a new dishwasher! He took care of us right away and our new dishwasher was delivered the very next day! We will always go to ABC Warehouse for our appliances because of the great prices and excellent customer service!

Kavontae was great. He took the time needed to make sure we got what we were looking for. He was very respectful and kind to us. We will definitely do business with him again.

bought a 50in panasonic plasma screen on a sidewalk sale from ABC Lima in 2004. still going strong in 2022. call it a miracle but I haven't forgotten.

Walked in the door Jason introduced himself and asked how he could help me. I told him what I was looking for and he took his time to help me get exactly what I needed. He was able to get a hold of a specialist in car audio and stayed with me until the transaction was complete. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be looking for Jason.

Our washer died. ABC Warehouse replaced our washer at no cost to us. The store manager did an awesome job. I'm so glad that we bought the extended warranty. Would recommend them to anybody.
