We were very happy with the beautiful bouquet from Cookies by Design. They were able to fulfill our last minute order the morning I called. My niece was just over the moon when she received it at school. The cookies smelled delicious and had been meticulously decorated. Thank you!!!

I have ordered a few cookie bouquets over the years and am so very happy with the cookies, how simple it is to order, delivery and overall experience. I love this business! I am a repeat customer, and they deserve high praise. When I want to gift something special, this is the place. The people are wonderful to work with, and the Cookie Bouquets are beautiful and delicious. The recipients are thrilled to receive it. Something to know: They customize the bouquets. They made a cookie for my brother's 70th birthday with a photo of him as a child. They made cookies for a cousin's 70th birthday of her beloved dogs. My understanding is that they may be opening a store in Madison! This place is exceptional, and I highly recommend Cookies by Design, Brookfield.

The Brookfield Cookies By Design is wonderful. The Store Manager and employees impressively provide excellence in customer service. The cookies are delicious, and the bouquet they created is unique, personalized, and gorgeous! I am an exceedingly satisfied return customer.

Cookies were a big hit. The person retiring loved it! A bit on the pricey side for the average consumer, but worth the money for special occassions and corporate events/gifts.

Several times a year I purchase the decorating kits. These are so much fun at a party. Everyone enjoys decorating cookies and they are delicious!

I was so impressed with the service. I had called 10 minutes before closing to see if they would be open on Sunday or Memorial Day so I could pick up my cookie bouquet I had preordered. This was a gift for my mother-in-law and I needed it on Memorial Day. She said they would not be open but asked how long it would take me to get to their store. I said a good 30 minutes and she said she would wait until I arrived. I so appreciated this and will definitely share my experience with others and do business with them again!

The cookies were exactly how they looked online, all of them were perfect (no broken or crumbly), the packaging was neat and beautiful. Everyone at my baby shower loved them! Thank you again we will be ordering again in the future!

We live 3 hours away from our immediate family. This year we chose to send personalized cookie bouquets as our gift of choice and our children, grandchildren, nieces, etc. are THRILLED when they get their delivery! Personalized cookie bouquets show people that more thought was put into a long-distance gift. Hand delivery even makes it more special. I live in Nashville and have a child attending college in WI. I called at the very last minute because she was having a rough day and was homesick and I wanted to brighten her day. The lady who took the order was so sweet. She told me they would make it happen. The same day they had cookies to her and were thoughtful enough to use school colors for the ribbon. She said they were delicious. Cookies by Design is my go to for quick and easy. This location did not disappoint and I have used them even as far as CO.

The cookies arrived on time and decorated better then featured online! My daughter absolutely loved the the princess 👸 cookie bouquet. I am in Arizona and will definitely utilize Cookies by Design Brookfield, WI for future occasions in Wisconsin.

They do an excellent job! I have ordered a 12-cookie basket, which turned out beautifully, and three custom cookies that I was able to pick up the next day. Due to staffing, they are only open 10am-2pm on weekdays, so you have to plan around that if you’re picking up. Such a fun gift, highly recommend!
