I have to give a shout out to my auto insurance agent. Last Thursday I had to go to Gordon Foods Service to pick up supplies. On my way To GFS it was raining a little bit. I went inside and got my items. I came back out and put my supplies in the back section of the car. After loading all of them I noticed my right rear tire was flat. So I moved everything that I just purchased to the center seat. My husband was working, so he wasn't available. I called my son, he was on his way to pick up his kids from the babysitter, but he did give me the phone number for Roadside assistance. As I started to dial I realized I didn't have my policy number, so I called my agent. He gave me my policy number. But, just as I was about to hang up, my agent asked me my location, I told him that I was at GFS. Then he said don't call roadside assistance yet. Then he said, I'll call you back. 7-10 minutes later he pulled into the parking space next to me. He then went to work changing my tire. The rain started to come down a little heavier. THANK YOU, SCOTT GREENE! You made an unfortunate situation much better. Your kindness and personal attention warmed my heart! Scott is with CoverLink Insurance, Urbana, Ohio.
