Finish Line (located inside Macy's)

Prince was very helpful with an internet purchase that I had to swap out. Everyone was patience and helpful.
Tried on the same size and model Nike-one made in China and the other in Taiwan. The China shoe wasn’t as tight. I thought I was going crazy but the crew here was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this store!

I was recently in this store and had great service from Mac. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Even called another store to find the right size/color I wanted. She took her time and had a very fun energy. During this crazy time everyone is dealing with she was still a delight to work with.

I wish there was an option to give negative stars, I had spent over $3000 there this summer and I usually don’t try on my shoes because I am usually in a hurry, time is money. But upon realizing one pair out of the five pairs I bought on one particular trip did not fit me how I like so I went backFour days after my original purchase to possibly get another size or my money back. Management said that the shoes were worn down and it had been worn so they would not give me a different pair or my money back I literally tried the shoes on and took them off and never had worn them.They pointed out that the Nike symbol on the inside sole of the shoe have been worn out to the point where it basically wasn’t there but the other shoe seem to be in flawless condition the Nike symbol was there so obviously it was a defect from the factory But regardless I will never shop at Finishline again they were very rude and I will take my business elsewhere. Just to be spiteful toward the manager I walked to foot locker in the same mall and bought 10 pairs of shoes including the ones that did not fit properly from Finish Line and made sure I walked past so she saw me. I hope that girl gets fired because she is horrible with people if you can’t Work well with people you should never have a job in customer service. That girl alone lost finish lines company at least $15,000 a year from my business and hopefully more once I spread the word to my colleagues.I apologize if there are any typos as I am driving and using talk to text

Charity was our cashier and she help set up the Afterpay option and even my Google pay on my cell phone. Charity is definitely a asset and needs to be rewarded for going above and beyond. The sales people were super attentive and nice. I didn't really have any intentions of buying any tennis shoes and brought 2 pair. Lol!

My husband had not had his feet measured in a couple of decades. He was having some issues with his feet that we suspected were caused by ill-fitting shoes. The people at Finish Line measured his feet and set him up with a new pair of Nikes that were half a size larger than the shoes he was wearing when he walked in the store. He loves his new shoes, and we had a great customer experience.

The staff was awesome, which I find is rare in retail lately. Very helpful and made my 7 year old daughters experience buying school shoes a great one.

Went school shoe shopping...I found a pair I wanted also..but they was not in my size...the customer service BT...very very helpful....he had ordered the shoes.. and came in a couple days...also my daughter wanted a pair..which they didnt have...but he had helped her find another pair...which we was both happy walking out of there...They have great customer service....

The manager Lee was great! He did an amazing job putting up with me being very picky. I will definitely be back.
