Pet Supplies Plus Solon

While we don't always purchase pet supplies here, we do have our senior dog (17yrs old) groomed regularly. I can't say enough about the grooming staff and how well they treat our old man. They are absolutely wonderful and do a fantastic job, EVERY time we bring him in. We definitely feel as though they treat him as if he was their own, so we have no issues or concerns bringing him in to be groomed nor recommending their grooming services to others.

As far as the store, there is quite the variety of products at reasonable (and consistent) prices. There are a few items we tend to purchase at this location, rather than having those shipped via e-commerce or buying at other stores in the area.

I love this location! They always have a good selection of bugs for my reptiles (rarely, if ever, are any of them dead) unlike Petco 😭

We needed supplies for our pets and we had a grocery order. After getting the groceries, I clicked the button to indicate that I was near. Shortly after I arrived, my order was ready and loaded into my car. Thanks again for your help.

Love the convenience of this store! Staff is friendly and ready to help, never much of a wait in line even when there are a lot of customers.

Excellent store location in terms of customer service, product availability, cleanliness and keeping rescue group cats safe when they’re there for adoption opportunities.

Simply a great pet store, smaller than others and bigger than most. Their dog washing station is clean & very affordable. One other fact about Pet Supplies Plus, they sell hard to find pet supplies that you just cannot get at other pet stores. Especially if you are an aquarium or bird enthusiast.

The Solon store is spacious and pleasant. They have a wide variety of pet products. Prices are usually very competitive.

The young man who helped us on our most recent visit was yet ANOTHER INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGEABLE, EAGER TO HELP and absolutely accommodating employees at Pet Supplies Plus in Solon. On this occasion, we had more than several questions. In addition to his efforts to knowledgeably answer every one, he had clearly done a thorough job learning the store’s inventory/options. He took us to each location in the shop where we needed to locate something Thank you we’ve loved the Solon PSP since the beginning. It stands apart in care for animals, outreach programs, exceptional service and overall care!

I like the tubs that they have to give the dog a bath. Fourteen dollars is worth it for a big dog.

Solon Psp is a great store. The employees are polite and always available to help and answer questions. The store is always clean.

Greetings at the door, and a just give me a holler if you need me. I had a good time looking around and finding everything I needed. Team members answered all my questions from the food I feed my Chihuahua to the fish sitting separated from other fish. Go by see for yourself, nice folks.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I popped in there about 30 minutes before they were to close and I was greeted right away. One assistant asked if I needed any help and pointed me in the right direction. Then another assistant came along to help me grab the items I needed. There was only one person ahead of me in the checkout lane and so I was in and out in just a few minutes with items I haven't been able to find at my usual pet food stores. I'll definitely be back
