I live in a smaller city. There are not many pharmacies to choose from. We were using CVS but the wait times were really bad. They never answered the phone.
The difference was night and day. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Major surgery. In pain. Surgeon called in 3 prescriptions. Kroger calls and says our prescriptions are filled. Get home and the pain patches are not there. Call the pharmacy and they say “we figured it was cheaper for you to buy them over the counter, so we didn’t fill them.” …. That is only helpful if you TELL THE CUSTOMER. So back home, still in pain, waiting for my husband to get back from Kroger.
