This review is specifically for the agent, Kimberly Keith, but EVERYONE we came in contact with at this office was fantastic, responsive, and professional! Where do I start with Kimberly and the service she provided? I guess we'll start when my wife and I first met her. My wife and I usually disagree on most everything when it comes to hiring a professional. She either loves the person and I can't stand them and vise-versa. Within 2 minutes of sitting down with Kimberly, we knew who we wanted to help us buy our next home. What an absolute professional and personable person! Kimberly knows how to listen to your wants and concerns all the while incorporating her knowledge of the current real estate market and experience in the local area. She never once made us feel like she was going through the motions or that our questions or concerns were not important. I don't think I've ran across anyone in recent memory who appears to truly love her job and honestly desires to help and support her client. Kimberly listened to us and we listened to her suggestions. That relationship caused everything with our buying process to move along flawlessly, including finding us the house that both my wife and I could agree on. That is no small feat to say the least! Kimberly handled herself like a true professional at all times, but just as important, she handles herself like a caring human-being. Buying or selling a home can be a very stressful time and her calmness and understanding always shown through. With the over abundance of mundane service now finding itself acceptable in our society, we are so thankful that we and Kimberly crossed paths. We were so lucky to find her! It was good luck on our part, but you don't need luck. My wife and I have done the work for you. I couldn't offer a higher recommendation to anyone who is looking for a real estate professional. Seriously, I couldn't. Just call her, sit down with her and you'll see what we saw. Rest assured, when we sell, I know who I'm calling and when out two children begin looking for their first homes next year, they will be directed Kimberly's way. Beverly Getter. This agent bent over backwards to help my sister and I purchase a house in Newark Ohio and we were in California. She was quick with answers to our concerns about the place. Very helpful in explaining contracts...Ohio real estate procedures etc. She even did a walk through with her phone live so we didn't have to fly in to see the house.
