Tasca Lincoln

In life, nothing is perfect. Nothing. Every so often all motor vehicle companies have vehicles that are flawed. In many cases you have to fight tooth and nails with the companies and dealerships. Not in my case.
I bought my 1st ever lincoln, continuing a tradition passed from my mom. But it had a issue that couldn't be fixed by a dealership. Long story short, Tim Horgan, sales manager as Tasca wanted to " Make things right ". And that he did by going above and beyond, ensuring that I received a brand new vehicle to replace my original one. I was angry that the issue occurred, but Mr Horgan negotiated for me and kept his word. Thank you Mr Horgan. Not only for keeping your word but helping me navigate a difficult process, painlessly. My wife and I appreciate you and all that you've done.

Tim and Kenny were so helpful and knowledgeable about the Lincoln Corsair Hybrid. We felt so comfortable and relaxed with them, they made the experience fun! They were so good that we drove our new car off the lot the day we purchased it. We have been buying cars at Tasca Automotive for many, many years and every experience (sales, service and courtesy car) has always been very positive. We are very satisfied with Tasca!!

Tasca Cranston Ford/Mazda/Lincoln is the best dealership around. Hands down. They are the epitome of a 5 star dealership. Everytime I'm there I feel like family! Truly. From Louis Colon in sales to Dave Mooney in service, these gentleman are class A individuals. Tasca should be proud that they have these fine men as employees. They make me never want to do business with any other dealership, and I've had a lot of practice with doing business with dealerships and people in them. I actually look forward to being able to shop for cars/trucks and doing the needed service calls because these fine individuals are here to navigate, help and make the whole experience wonderful. The individuals in rentals are great too and what's not to love about having a rental car company in the dealership. Next the greeter is a top favorite for me also. He is a great guy and genuinely cares about how may day is going when he talks to you. What's not to love about feeling like an MVP every time you go to a dealership. So trust me when I say this, this place is 5 star experience from top to bottom. And the have a sea of vehicles to choose from, which is great, from pre-owned to new and from bells and whistles to simple. Tasca Keep Up the Great Work! We love you.

My experience was great! Doug was awesome, his manager worked me a great deal, finance manager was fast and personable. Seems like a nice family vibe!

Sales staff was extremely courteous and not pushy at all. All financing options were explained in detail. My technology was setup for me to use before I left with my new car. This has truly been the best car buying experience I've ever had! Highly recommend!

Great as always.Customer service excellent. I think every department is great. I’m telling you even in emergency's to. I’ve showed up there with a smash windshield from driving on the highway 295 I was heading way But not going to Tasca so but I did . I was quite shaken up. It was during prime time covid .l Walked right into Tim’s office he’s the manager. Tim sent me to the collision center and off I was with my car rental. I think there great thank you that’s just one of my stores lol

The gals in the collision center are amazing. Weekly calls were made to me to keep me in the loop on parts that were back ordered. The supply chain since covid was the reason for delays. NOT the fault of the dealer. I appreciated being kept in the loop. I hope they feel appreciated from Tasca because the company has some great employees!

Fast, friendly, efficient service and customer service. Excellent system, organized, you're in and out. As well as fair pricing. They make you feel comfortable, they show that they really care about their customer. So rare!
