Made an appointment for my child for a flu shot. Pharmacy manager was very rude, said they only vax 19+. Ignored my questions about their website saying they DO vax kids. My kid is seventeen, ffs.
The CVS website ENCOURAGES people to get vaccinated, "vaccines for the whole family!!", the website LET us make the appt at this location, knowing my child's age. So why would they do that when they then refuse to administer the vaccine?
Whatever. They lost my business. CVS on the whole is trash anyways.

Negative First impression, moving prescriptions by phone from another state, pharmacy staff was very abrupt and rude with me. I get 25+ scripts a month; I’m sick. I need my pharmacy to be an ally. But, my prescription insurance is CVS only, so I don’t have a choice.
