McDonald's

Today we had a phenomenal experience at McDonald’s because of an employee by the name of Ma’Niya. She was friendly, patient, accommodating, knowledgeable of the menu and even brought us our coffee. McDonald’s needs more employees like Ma’Niya!!

This is actually my favorite location I've been to in a long time. The food is ALWAYS fresh. They have never messed up a single order of mine(rare for a McDonald's) and the wait is never long. I can't say they are perfect but who is? This is a reliable good quality location!

McDonald's, what can you say food is constantly good in a pinch. Prices have changed over the years.

Everything I have been here the food has been great.

We went out with friends and had a very delicious meal .I mean, they have several dragon palaces, but this one absolutely out done. The other places are the same food fried rice,spring rolls, chicken fingers, boneless spare ribs, and beef teriyaki. What a big difference it must be the cook. Came a 2nd time on our own. The food was still delicious 😋

Douglas at McDonald's was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. He greeted me with a warm smile while ringing me up at the drive-thru and we chatted a bit. His positive attitude and willingness to help made a lasting impression, which isn’t a normal occurrence for me at a McDonald’s. I highly recommend Douglas for his outstanding customer service skills!

With the McDonald's app for breakfast you get double points. Can you get green food. And make sure you get the app that keeps track of all your points and you wind up getting extra gift food that you didn't expect including they'll give you a birthday month to go and give you a special deal at that month it's worth it.

The young lady on at 630am was really efficient. Polite and knew her menu. She made it a very good experience.

Awesome! Went here a couple times recently since I moved to the area and so far the best of the 3 I usually go to. Fries were fresh and honestly the best tasting I've had in a long time surprisingly means they change there grease regularly I'm assuming. The big mac was great and not chuck full of shredded lettuce like I normally see. They got my business over the others in the area for sure.

Very clean inside. The employees are very helpful and friendly! Ordered a steak, egg and cheese on a bagel 😋 delicious! Thank you 😊

This mcdonald's has the best customer service. It actually my favorite spot to eat at. Covid restrictions are fair and everyone seems to be following the rules to the fullest extent. They must have a hell of a manager. Keep up the good work guys

Let’s get one thing strait, this is a McDonald’s. I’m not looking for any special experience. I’m more or less just looking for my order to be correct and done in a timely fashion. However this visit was very different. The manager on duty was very friendly, after I got my food he came over any asked how it was? I mean what more could you ask for. I don’t even get that good of service at regular restraints on Cape Cod.

I've only been to this McDonalds locations once . I've never been given such A++ service at a McDonalds.One of the associates named Sue was so kind and helpful.The other associates as the others have mentioned seem to be unhappy, but Sue was such a pleasure . She knows what excellent customer is! Give this location a try and ask for Sue she's absolutely awesome !

I got to window ordered chicken bogo and only got 1 ! Went in they gave me another ! When I got home found coupon I must have dropped it. So must apologize and thank you for accommodating me when I was wrong !!

It was a nice surprise to see flower on the the tables. Nice touch!

Complete suprise top of their game today. Has been off for some time. Dont know what happened maybe new maneger, or retraining? Keep it up!

Just gotthe best burger I have ever gotten from McDonald's!! Was super fresh!!

Went through the drive through for coffee and breakfast sandwich. Food was served quickly and fresh. Coffe was on point too!
