Dunkin'

Since this location is right up the street from me, I tend to frequent it on the days where you can earn extra reward points. The staff are incredibly friendly and they even know who I am when I pull up to the drive thru speaker now. Not only that, but they treat my dog, Freya, with such kindness that she gets so excited to see them (and of course to score a munchkin lol). Highly recommended! 💜🧡

This place has amazing staff and service. I had a miscommunication on my app and they charged me 3 times to which I had no knowledge. The manager Rosi immediately noticed when I came in and offered to get the same thing 3 more times. At first I declined thinking that this small mistake would be easily rectified through the app/website. WHAT A HUGE WASTE OF TIME. After sending them my purchase info on the app and my bank all they came back to me with is call them.

Summary, people make the business and this is one of the nicest dunkins I've been too.

Not usually a fan of D&D...as a matter of fact stopped going there years ago. Went there to get a gift card and saw a sign for their new Nutty Pumpkin coffee. I got ice with no additional sweetener AND IT WAS DELICIOUS!!

Everyone is very friendly. My dog and I visit daily….. they love him and know him by name. Orders are always correct, and quick. I place them online through the app! I love THIS Dunkin!!

This location is definitely one of the better ones. The line moves fast at the drive-thru like it should and never get a bad order. Just wish the chocolate glazed donuts could be kept somewhere not humid so the glaze stayed better. Most times I get one all the glaze is melted and makes the donut soggy. But that's at all locations not just this one.

I go to this Dunkin’ at least once a day. Coffee and food is always perfect. Staff always acknowledges me and are always polite. One staff member actually delivered one of my VIP cards to my job location because they knew I forgot it when I went through Drive Thru. Good customer service is hard to find but this location never lacks!

I absolutely love this Dunkin. It's the most cleanest, friendliest Dunkin in Warwick. The girls and guys are all outgoing to me. I get my coffees there every Morning okay I stop there 2-3 times a day. Currently I am unemployed so I'm there quite more. I wish I could give bigger tips!!!! Thanks for making my Morning work on a correct tasteful coffee every day!!!!

Love this Dunkin.. always very friendly specially Trent!! Somebody complained of the manager Kristen I find that very hard to believe, or maybe a misunderstanding because she is always so pleasant with customers and has a great heart. I know they really put a lot into doing special donuts for different holidays or occasions which I never see in any other Dunkin, so to me that right there shows me that they will go that extra mile for there customers :)

My go to Dunkin. The staff always goes above and beyond. My coffee is always right no matter how busy the place is. Super friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

A very friendly place to go for coffee, pastries, sandwiches and more. I do want to see the day when Dunkin Donuts management adds a tip button to their Gift Card and Rewards Card accounts. It's easy to see by the sparseness in the tip cup that the employees have suffered a loss in earnings and the boost in morale those earnings probably gave to them before the rewards cards became so popular and I don't even work there.

Very fast staff. Even when the drive thru line is full, they get through everyone extremely fast. Keep up the good work!

This Dunkin by far has the best and strongest cold brew in Rhode Island. It's made the way it should be. (Strong and smooth) Not weak AF like the other dunkin's.

They made an amazing job in fulfilling my order even when the uber dropped off the wrong order, they went above and beyond, they were amazing and super great customer service.

The coffee was great, the sourdough egg sandwich is so good...really tasty. I like it better than the croissant one.

Love that strawberry dragon fruit refresher my favorite go to since the hazelnut swirl is no longer being carried 😔
