Honestly the best restaurant and service I've ever had. The food was just amazing and plated beautifully! The taste was rich and delicious! I will be returning to do another chef table experience! I recommend calling ahead and getting a reservation so you get seating automatically, otherwise it might be hard to get a seat. I also highly recommend doing a chef table experience with wine tasting! 5 course chef table without wine is $90 a person, with wine it's $120 a person. Chef table courses goes all the way to 21 courses and I'm dieing to try that menu! Great job chef's!

We came for our anniversary as we love to spoil ourselves with DBA. The food is so craveable! You seriously want to order everything. The wine offerings are top notch and the cocktails are the delicious. We had Greg as our waiter and was attentive without being overbearing, funny and kind. If you are looking for amazing food and drink look no further.

We came here for dinner before a concert in Akron and we had an amazing experience. The drinks were delicious and the food was AMAZING! I forgot to take pictures of the food before we started eating (we were very hungry 😅) but snapped a few when I remembered. We ordered the fungi flatbread, the pasta trio and tempura shrimp - all wonderful! Prices were reasonable and the service was outstanding. I can’t wait to come back again next time we are in Akron!

I had a wonderful holiday dinner with family. My dba Old Fashioned and the Pappardelle Bolognese were delicious! 😋 Our server Sarah A. was excellent!

We came on a Friday evening, had a reservation. We sat on the patio, such a cool ambience with the sun set and all the plants. Great service. The food was delicious - the buratta was creamy and accompanying pesto flavorful, the duck fat potatoes were absolutely delicious, and the scallops were very large and perfectly cooked. There's free parking in the area, as well as valet. This will likely be one of our go to spots in the future! Next time, I will have to try their "taste" portion of pasta, they looked delicious

My husband and I spent our 1st time here on our 29th Wedding Anniversary on Friday Aug. 13th. Our server Greg was awesome! Staff were very attentive. Always kept our glasses full of water and dishes clear from our table. The Mussels were the best we've ever had. The broth was amazing. My husband said he'd drink it if he were at home lol. We shared the 21 Vegetable Salad which was quite refreshing 😋 Hubby had the special of the night "Grouper with Jambalaya" he loved it. He'd never had Grouper before. I tried a trio sampler of Pasta dishes that were all full of flavor and creamy and delicious 🙂 We will definitely be going back on another special occasion 😍

Be sure to go early or stay late to visit the Speak Easy Bar next door which is also part of DBA. May I recommend ordering a New York Sour there. *muwah*

Tremendously impressed. Outstanding food and service. The staff were such a pleasure to be wrong. The General Manager, Bo, runs a great establishment! We had the steak and the scallops. Both were so delicious! Sitting on the patio offered great views and the portable heaters made it a wonderfully comfortable evening. Can't say enough good! Can't wait to go back when we visit Akron!

The option for indoor or outdoor seating is fantastic. Service is prompt and staff characterizes options well. The charcuterie duck confit is da bomb. Cheeses were flavorful and exquisite. Crispy bread paired well with all. The Caesar was tasty as well. Bathrooms located at entrance to Kitchen a bit disconcerting. Hey tasty and eclectic atmosphere near the Marriott Courtyard. One of best dining experiences I’ve ever had ! Went there for our wedding anniversary. Our server Matt was probably the best server I’ve ever experienced. Super attentive and informative. The food was absolutely delicious. Came out from the kitchen really fast. We had such a great time.

Experienced a FANTASTIC chef's table! We were seated in the kitchen during dinner rush, which was such an exciting experience. Wonderful fine dining in Akron! This restaurant used seasonal ingredients and delicious flavor combinations. I recommend the mussels, and save the bread to dip because the broth is to die for! The scallops were also really well done. The portions are big too, so you won't leave hungry!

Ben our sever was fantastic! We all loved our food and experience. The atmosphere is fabulous and we love being able to enjoy the Speakeasy next door for an after dinner cocktail.

Beautiful patio. Great service. Excellent cocktails. Limited menu at the moment due to covid but Excellent quality food. Bang bang shrimp was delicious! Burger awesome. Wonderful fresh salad.

Had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary with our first chef’s table experience. Really felt as though they pulled out all the stops and gave us a memorable experience!!

First time at DBA absolutely did not disappoint. Had the Porterhouse for two in celebration of our engagement. It was absolutely incredible. Likely one of the best meals I’ve ever had in my life. Service and atmosphere were excellent as well. We will be back for sure!

Just finished a lovely dinner on the patio and had to give 5 stars. The space is lovely, and the food was delicious. I had the Kobe burger on the recommendation of my waiter, Greg, and he was spot on. Everyone working was excellent, extremely friendly, and the service was top notch. When I’m traveling for work, a nice dinner spot is always a plus, but friendly staff and a nice atmosphere to chill with a book is the cherry on top. Highly recommend.

Wonderful, balanced, divine tastes await. Presentation was reminiscent of Ken Stewart's. Atmosphere gave a pleasant ease of conversation with little interruption from the staff.

We recently moved to Northeast Ohio from Princeton, NJ, and to us, DBA is on par with our experiences at some of the best restaurants we've been to on the East Coast. The linguini carbonara was divine. The mushroom risotto was very precisely delicious. The mussels were flavorful, with an excellent broth. Even the Caesar salad was delightful, with a surprisingly punchy parmesan crisp. The chai tea mousse alone is worth a visit. Perhaps a signature dish. It tasted like joy. The whole vibe was unpretentious, slightly stylish, and fun. We'll be back!

The most delicious food I've ever eaten! The staff were all very friendly and went above and beyond when the steak was overcooked. Definitely recommend this place, I will be back!
