Kleins Pharmacy

Sharande is so wonderful!!!!! She helped me get compression hose to manage my varicose veins during pregnancy. She was a godsend, I don't know what I would have done without her. Every time I need remeasured or have a compression hose issue, I go see her and she treats me with such professionalism and compassion, and she hooks me up! I'm recommending Klein's to all my pregnant friends.

I'm a new customer at Klines. Both times I have been there they really took the care and time to explain the new medication with one on one consultation. They have been very kind and pleasant during calls and consultations. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

Just got off the phone with a wonderful lady, by the name of Sharanda . She was most helpful as I am a new patient and do not understand some of the things that are being done for me through this pharmacy. She took the time to explain everything to me and the procedures involved.

Klines is a great pharmacy ! They have been open longer than I have been alive and the people that work there are very nice! I have had a couple bad situations with a young lady that works in pharmacy, she was so rude and was treating me very poorly and bad. I not one time respond back with any bad attitude or did I treat her badly back like she was with me. And she also told me my refill can’t be filled to Monday. I responded back with they I no the laws etc! This is my last refill anyways on this medicine bottle an I am allowed to get it filled 2 days early with my original day is monday may 6 2024 that day would be 30 days l! But I was told that today 2 days earlier I’m allowed to get filled and my insurance will clear it to be filled and I always have a copay like thing I don’t remember what it’s called but covers some of the refill and I have to pay like 10 dollars as a copay or something ! O

My husband had eye surgery and the eye drops the surgeon prescribed could not be found at any of the local pharmacies. I called Kleins and they had one of the prescriptions and filled it promptly so my daughter could pick it up for us. The care and compassion these people have is priceless.

I live fairly far from Kleins but will always go to them for my monthly RX needs. They never give me issues like the big chain stores do. They’re always stocked. Their prices are better. Best of all- their staff is so friendly and willing to help with anything. It is worth the drive!! Sharonda rules!!

Helpful, friendly staff that knew their job and did it very well. The line moved quickly. The store was clean and neat. Best pharmacy that I have been to in a long time. I am now a loyal customer.

Friendly, helpful staff, store is very well organized , clean and well stocked . Pharmacy has been there for 50 + years - that alone says a lot! I needed a walker with 4” wheels , received help immediately , got my walker and out within minutes ! Thank you Kleins

Fantastic! Sharanda was so helpful. Went in for a back brace and did not expect that they would offer to measure me, ask about my condition, and let me try on different items to find what would meet my needs. I had gotten a brace in the past at big corporate pharmacy and they wouldn't let me open to try it on. Thanks Sharanda, for your caring and professionalism!!

We had an excellent visit this past week at Klein's Pharmacy. My mother needed a new pair of compression stockings, and Sharanda took care of us. She was competent and very kind. She took her time making sure the compression stockings fit perfectly. Thank you, Sharanda!

I came in for some Compression stocking. I was approached soon as I came to the counter, asked how they could help me and processed to have me follow them to them to the room. Sharanda was made me feel comfortable, was quick, and answered all questions I had about the stocking. Sharanda made the process smooth, after the horrible time I had with Drug Mart. I was highly recommended to come here.

Beyond grateful for this pharmacy and the staff. As a diabetic with terrible insurance, I having been having a really tough time trying to get my insulin somewhere I can afford it, and the process has been unbelievably stressful. My doctor helped me find Klein's, and they were very kind (even in my panicked emails) and literal life-savers. I have had nothing but positive experiences when I come in to pick up my medication! Thank you Klein's!!

Sharanda was wonderful in helping our granddaughter. She was having trouble learning to roller skate, and we saw these “Walker-like” training aids at the roller rink. We had an unused Walker at our house and Sharanda put 4 wheels on it and it works amazing. She was very thoughtful and encouraged our 6 year old granddaughter.

I switched to Kleins recently because I was using another local grocery store pharmacy and wasn’t being treated as I thought I should be. Glad I made the switch, Kleins staff is professional, courteous and kind.

I just switched to kleins a couple months ago I am so glad I did they have been very helpful friendly, and proficient I definitely recommend them to everyone! Thank you kliens for making everything so much easier

I strongly suggest if you are having surgery and are in need of a walker, canes, toilet risers, grippers, or anything else to assist you with transitioning from the hospital to home, KLEINS IS THE PLACE TO SEND A FAMILY MEMBER TO PURCHASE WHAT YOU WILL NEED. IT'S ACROSS THE STREET ON THE CORNER!

I am editing this to 5 stars due to resolve of my issue as well as amazing & professional management. 2 different employees emailed me directly apologizing for the inconvenience, one of them being the pharmacy manager. They thanked me & updated their team on what is correct. You can tell Christina is passionate about her job & community. I was also able to go in next day, & Christina quickly vaccinated both my boyfriend & myself. She was quick, efficient, & above all kind. Kindness goes a long way. Thank you for serving our community.

I called Klein's Pharmacy ahead of time to inquire about getting my Johnson & Johnson booster shot. The phone's automated message indicated that they are administered up until 30 minutes before closing. The store closes at 7pm, so that would make the cut off 6:30pm. I walked in at 6:20pm & was told that I could not get my Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 booster. They explained that they stop administering them at 6pm, an hour before closing. I told the man & woman that I had called ahead of time for this very reason & that the automated message states 30 minutes before closing. They replied that it shouldn't say that & that the message is wrong. Don't you think this is something that you should make a priority to be sure is correct? Especially since we're in a pandemic & the community is contacting you to do their part? I drove from Kent to get this because of the available hours. This is extremely frustrating & unprofessional. & there were 3 people there doing nothing that could have done it. Glad to see the community is such a priority here 🙄🤦🏼‍♀
