Very helpful on the phone and in person! There are free lockers with keys to put your stuff in. There's also a parking lot to park, not on the street.

It's fun to walk around the old TEP building.

Very hard to get correct direction on Google Maps now with the construction going on there. Will be really easy once construction is finished.

This testing center can not be trusted. Very bad experience. Don't waste your money here.
They do not follow the time schedule for the tests, specifically the speaking nor during the testing.
Ra*** is such annoying, Speaking graded in the IELTS is based on what you get in the other sections. In the speaking section the guy who tested me does not have any idea on the test formality; they need more training and be tested before testing people. Must be ranked less than one star.

Garbage service. I have an exam scheduled for Wednesday next week and I've sent countless emails trying to contact them. I finally have time to go in person and they leave a note saying they will be closed so they can move during the date of my exam... MAKE SURE YOUR HOURS REFLECT CLOSURES ON YOUR WEB PAGE!

Dump service. You can't trust this testing center. Very bad attitude. Don't waste your money here.

Most difficult experience I've ever had trying to get ahold of somebody. Really needs improvement.
