Scheduling was easy. Vernon came on time and did neat professional work. He explained what needed to be explained and answered my questions. In and out in 3 1/2 hours. I’m delighted with my new water softener.

Great service from Vernon and John who came out quickly and professionally. I had a leak in my main line of my yard and they assessed the problem that a portion was compromised by a tree. They gave me options to fix a portion of the line or to re-do the whole line which was recommended. I didn’t have the financial means to do the latter and they understood and didn’t pressure me and got right to fixing it. They where very helpful in showing what they were doing every step of they way and made sure l was confident in their ability to get the job done. There price was very reasonable and straight forward. Cyrstal the representative on the line was awesome to put the right person at the right place to help me same day and calmed me to let know l would be taken care of and l definitely was. Thank you so much for your help and would definitely recommend. And the are Diamond Certified !!!!

Advanced Plumbing is an incredible company and one that we trust as a church to take care of all of our plumbing needs. When we found out our 80 year sewer system needed to be overhauled from Terra Cotta pipes, to galvanized steal, and neglect over the years, we were overwhelmed by the size the scope of the project. The team worked incredibly hard, explained everything well, and diligently completed the project by pulling 260 feet of new sewer lines and installing 6 new clean outs. We are grateful to Bill, Fernando, Anthony, and the whole team at Advanced Plumbing for the service that they provided.

Eddie and Augusto did a great job diagnosing where my clog was and presented options for clearing it. They were courteous, timely, neat and professional. They not only took care of my poor drainage problem, but left the space under my sink cleaner after their work than before.

Carl was great! He was knowledgeabe and did a thorough inspection of our crawl space. He shared the video and explained what the problem was and gave us some options. Highly recommend! We will be using Advanced Plumbing for our water heater as well.

I have been a loyal customer of Advanced Plumbing for several years. I recently had a toilet replaced by Vernon and his partner. They educated me on the types of toilets available , replaced the toilet and revised what was repaired. Both men were very friendly, worked quietly snd cleaned up behind themselves.

Fernando did amazing work tonight. He took a late night emergency job on a Friday night. It wasn’t an easy job but he made it happen. There were no complaints and he was very professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He had to work into the evening hours but he did great work. Thanks for getting the water back on. He’s a class act and does really great work. If Fernando shows up your work will be done right. He was great about explaining everything and walked me through what was needed. Amazing job Fernando! Eddie was very friendly, fast and efficient. He assessed, located, and fixed the source of the leak in our garage quickly. Beyond that, he spotted a corroded pipe on our water heater which we had not even identified ourselves, and was able to swap that out and assess a bathroom for future work we are looking to have done — all in very little time! Great experience interacting with him and getting quick and satisfactory results.

From my call with Bill who sent Fernando to my home very quickly the service was Excellent! He explained the process and what the costs were in detail and then got to work.
He completed the job quickly and was very thorough with a description of parts installed.

Advanced Plumbing was fantastic and quick. They weren’t available to come out the day I called so we set up an appointment for the following day at 11AM and I received a call in the morning informing me that a rep would be able to come even earlier than expected - which was great because we had to shut off the water due to a broken shower valve. Vernon arrived and was very informative and professional. He was a joy to have around and did fantastic work.

I needed a faucet replaced. I had received a replacement device from the manufacturer and unfortunately it was missing two very tiny washers. Vernon was prompt, an excellent problem solver, patient with the issues and thorough. I’m very happy with his professionalism and his work. I highly recommend him.

Advanced Plumbing came as a recommendation from another local plumbing service that could not accommodate my need. I am very happy with the service and the rec'. Vernon was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely seemed to care about solving my problem. He took a lot of pride in his work and did not leave until he was confident in the fix and of my satisfaction. At first, I admit, I thought the quote was a touch high, but seeing the amount of work he (and his trainee, sorry I forgot the name!) put in, and the extra detail and service, convinced me this was the right move and the right spend. I would use Advanced Plumbing again in the future. Again, both my techs were great!

Not disappointed! Came back the next day and took on a very difficult job under the house. Removed all excess water and contaminated soil. Totally prepped the work area. Removed all fittings and damaged pipes. Replace with new ABS and shored up the strapping. Did a complete test with all fixtures running and flushing the toilets. Work held up to everything running at the same time. Then backfilled areas where soil was removed. After spending most of a day under the house. Finished with a great attitude and level of professionalism! You get what you pay for! We are very pleased with Advanced Plumbing and especially the work Max did! Thank you!

I had a great experience with Advanced Plumbing 7 Rooter Service. My garbage disposal was having problems. Max came to inspect it to see if it could be fixed, but he confirmed our fears that the life of the machine had come to an end. Max was able to replace the garbage disposal that same day, so our kitchen was ready for dinner that night. Also, I appreciate that Max put sleeves over his boots before he stepped foot in our home.

I had the best experience with our plumber and the solution today. , I felt grateful for the straight answers and quality work that I received. My technicians name is Carl and he was patient and willing to troubleshoot two problems with me And I felt confident that his answers were honest. Regarding the garbage disposal, we did not have to replace the unit. Regarding the water heater we did. The unit was 10 years old and he not only replaced it but He explained the questions I had about the banging sounds, sediment and flushing, connection to water filtration, etc. As a homeowner I’m always eager to learn how to prepare, prevent and do better. He spoke highly of the company that he works for and the owner , Their values and ethics.. That speaks volumes. I will definitely use them in the future and refer them to friends and family. No one ever wants to hear they have a plumbing issue while they are away on vacation. Never fear. Max from Advanced Plumbing arrived quickly to correct the plugged sink. Not only did he handle the issue, he fixed a couple other items along the way. Very happy with the service. They will be our plumbing company choice from now on.
