We have done two transactions with Matt Clemens at Guide RE. The first one was awesome. Typical approach - provided guidance, hosted an open house, took offers and closed the deal. The second one - not so great. In fact, it was down right shady. Beware of internal broker-to-broker deals. It seems someone always gets screwed when the brokers have inside working knowledge of both sides. It is hard to say who was truly represented in this deal, but it was terrible representation.
