Sparkle Cleaners - Sunrise

When my favorite scarf didn't come back with my other cleaned items Sparkle Cleaners did the right thing. They immediately called someone at the plant to trace the scarf. The next day they emailed me to say the scarf had been found. Then emailed me to say it was ready for pickup. When I went to pick it up they didn't charge me for cleaning it because temporarily losing it was their fault. What wonderful customer service. Definitely a five star business.

It is always a pleasure to bring in and pick up cleaning from Sparkle cleaners on Kolb near Sunrise. I always leave smiling. Today Brenda got me laughing hysterically because I brought in the wrong blouse to be dry cleaned. Then I brought in the correct one but left yet another in the car. We were both laughing hysterically at it all. Brenda suggested, "We ought to take this show on the road!"

It makes doing routine tasks like picking up and dropping off clothes a lot of fun. She makes your service really SPARKLE!!!

They did a wonderful with the silk blouse and jacket that I dropped off. Maybe even more importantly, the women that helped me was the most lovely person. She just made you appreciate being alive. We could use more of that today!

April is the best! She is so good at her job remembers every detail of your order and even your phone number but on top of it she makes your day just by being such a nice person!

I had a very old and sentimental, homemade, whitish quilt with embroidery on it, it's been in the family for generations, and it had some really horrible yellowish brownish stains from over the years that would never wash out in a washing machine. I took it to Sparkle Cleaners and the quilt looks brand new! They did an amazing job, they worked a miracle, I'm just completely amazed and thrilled at how this quilt, that's been in our family for so many years looks so nice and new no more stains!

This cleaner is efficient, employees are very friendly and they run worthwhile sales.
