This store is clean, well-stocked, has a great pharmacy checkin service and vaccines are easy to book and receive and the staff in general are helpful and don't rush older folks.

Needed to get physical for work and made appointment for first thing in A M. I live behind Bashas. 5 minute walk
Stupid me, I drove all the way to Campbell & Sunrise. Wasn't Thinking. DUH. Got to kolb and sunrise about 10 - 15 minutes late, explained my situation and and the NP I think her
name was Lacey, I apologize if wrong.
Anyways, even tho she cx me, she took me right me in. Thank you.

Very helpful pharmacist and tech ( Asian girl) when trying to find the best price on 4 prescriptions for an out-of-town visitor This occurred on a Saturday (7/8).

I was in CVS this evening from 8-10 trying to order photo cards. I was having trouble and asked for help. A store employee (manager?) named Laura took the time to help me solve my problem and stayed involved until it was solved. She did this with a cheerful attitude and sincere kindness. I wanted to commend her for being such a help to me and for going the extra mile to ensure that my problem was solved. Thank you, Laura!

I love CVS on Sunrise and Kolb. I am always greeted by a friendly face and asked if I need help finding anything in the store. The customer service is top notch. The pharmacy is just as amazing. So quick and efficient. This is my one stop shop.

Great pharmacy team. You can tell they are pressed for time.

Official and formal, yet kind and caring

This was my first visit to the CVS Minute
Clinic on Sunrise Dr. I’m happy that they opened this branch because of the proximity to my house. The store was well staffed and clean.

I had to wait about an hour and a half for my appointment even though the screen said 54 minutes wait. Minus one star for that. For all the tech that CVS uses they could have sent me a text updating my wait time.

Overall the visit was satisfactory and the provider answered all my questions. She was very patient with me given there were 3 patients waiting.

I’d definitely come back to this CVS Minute Clinic and recommend to anyone else looking to avoid busy medical practices.

My local pharmacy. Great pharmacist, well stocked. Staff can be a little slow and lines get backed up occasionally, but otherwise, great little store.

Store is clean and well kept but, low on employees. And I feel like the minute clinic is never! Open. I have tried to go three separate times... different times of the year... and it's never open.

A young lady with tattoos was exceptionally rude at the pharmacy. She was more concerned about getting to a lunch break than finishing the job. After talking to me I listened to her as she continued to be rude to the next customer.

Pharmacist gave me 2x as many pills... dr discharge note said not to stop or change dosage until complete. Taking for 2x as long would have had serious consequences. Called Pharmacist and didn't see seem to care, take responsibility or even apologize. If you must use CVS, I would double check them with a different pharmacy

Visiting from out of town, then flying out to the midwest tomorrow. Wanted to take all my medication with me for my month long trip, so I would have everything I need. My Doctor called in the rest of my script to take with me. Kelly, the pharmacist, decides not to let me fill it, discounting my Doctors permission, who knows me. I have a severe anxiety disorder with chronic pain. Kelly the Pharmacist gets O stars.
You could have reached out to my doctor....instead, you make a judgment through a phone call. These are the kind of Pharmacists that we do not need.
Had it been a narcotic like Oxycontin, I would understand. Not lifting a finger to help me,shows what kind of Pharmacist you are.

I just witnessed a sales clerk BULLYING an elderly woman into signing up for a CarePass (I had to look up what it is after I left the store). She kept saying “no, thank you”. He told her “corporate” is pressuring him and she has no option but to do it. Her and I both looked up at him, expecting a laugh as if it were a joke…he was dead serious.

FYI, a CVS CarePass is a $5/mo subscription.

My thoughts go out to all the customers this man (and maybe others) are pressuring into a service they do not need.
