The UPS Store

We would like to announce the store is under new management and has been completely re-staffed. We apologize for any past issues and would like to assure the public that our former manager Stan is back and striving to provide the great service the customers deserve!

My family has been using this UPS branch for over 3 years: we rent a mailbox there, we send and receive dozens of packages per month, and we do a lot of printing out of there as well. The staff there have always been friendly and helpful. Perfect? No. Friendly and helpful? Yes.

I do want to take a moment to respond to some of the 1-star reviews:

- The UPS Store is not the United States Postal service, nor is it the FedEx store.

- Life happens. Sometimes the store opens late.

- If you bring 20lbs. of randomness wrapped up in a brown paper bag and expect them to ship it, you should probably take it to the Post Office and see how that works out.

- The staff is not selling you a box because they want to rip you off. They are trying to make sure that whatever it is that you thought was important/necessary enough to send to someone else actually gets there intact.

I'm good at what I do. When I walk in the door of the UPS Store, my assumption is that Stan and his team are good at what they do. So far, they haven't let me down yet.

Great store helpful people they stayed open just to deal w my business

My experience was with the Campbell store, but since the owners are the same, I'm sure you'll find the same great commitment to customer service. There was misunderstanding in regards to renting a mailbox, and even though "corporate" would not give me a partial refund (which is all I asked for), the owners did. I know how hard it is to run a small business and make ends meet. I appreciate their ethics. I'll be going back for all our office needs.

I love this store! I am a local photographer and I use this store for all of my business needs. The owners and staff are super helpful. I saw a review below regarding coronavirus saying they don't wear masks or social distance, but every time I have been in the store they are all wearing masks and there are tape marks on the floor directing customers where to stand. All businesses are just trying to navigate this weird time and I think they are doing a great job!

I've had nothing but exceptional service at this location for the past 5 years. A pleasure as always with a friendly staff that always goes above and beyond what is needed.

I'm not quite sure why the other posters here have felt that they need to "vent their spleen" and leave one star reviews about such incredibly minor and inconsequential issues - what a bunch of spoiled foothills cry babies. They're being REALLY unfair.

I am not sure why the reviews are mixed but my personal experience has been that the staff and service have been impeccable. It is a small business run by people with families who get sick or late so let us do unto all people as we would have them to do to us. If they opened late, that is unfortunate but i can also say that i had to get some mail right now and it was well past their closing time but the owner waited up for me anyway.

I went there the other day and was helped by Cheyenne. I have not had customer service like that in a long time! That girl gave me excellent service! She was friendly and fast. A+

Huge thank you for staying open and weathering this storm!! You show up and service customers with a smile (masked of course but still smiling). Five stars all the way for excellent customer service!

I’m not sure what people expect from a ups store but it is convenient and it helps you keep your home address off your credit card statements and bills!!!

Also they usually answer the phone most if not all the time. And they will stay late on a Saturday if mail is taking a long time!

These guys are great. Been coming here for years and always great service!

Everytime I go in there no matter who is helping me I get terrific service! This location does a great job of customer service. They take the hassle out of shipping!
