I've been twice to Lotus Nails and Spa and had terrific service both times. For ten years the same person did my pedicures and she left the business where she was and moved away. I've been searching over a year for someone and somewhere to replace her and a family member recommended this place. Louie is the person who has done my pedicures and he is great. Truthfully, better than the person I went to for ten years. I highly recommend this place. It is clean and pleasant, and I am so glad I found out about them. I will be a regular!

Kayla is the absolute best. She’s done my nails twice now, first the black SNS and today acrylics. The last set lasted me the full 3 weeks and if they hadn’t grown out they’d still be on. She shapes each nail the exact same, I didn’t have to do any touch ups when I got home both times. LOVE her and will be back :)

I go to Kayla every time and she does amazing! She is super sweet. Her work is always neat and she never disappoints!! I am very picky about my nails and she never rushes and she makes sure everything is clean and precise! She does my SNS, gel pedicures, manicure, and tips with acrylic. I would definitely recommend making an appointment with Kayla.

Wonderful experience! I was able to walk right in on a Saturday afternoon for mani/pedi and they did a fabulous job! Very happy.

This is the best nail shop in Carrollton in my opinion. Lee is really good with pedicures. I’ve tried almost all of the other shops before finding this gem. You won’t be disappointed.

LOVE LOVE LOVE my nails! The salon is so pretty on the inside, everyone is so nice and welcoming. There was no wait when I went and I got done pretty quick. Anne did my nails, she was so sweet and helpful! Definitely recommend coming here!

The people who work there are so friendly and take care when doing my nails. They do a lot of different things and everyone seems to be on there A game. Nick and his wife are the owners and they are both great. I moved here just recently from Tennessee and am so glad I found this place and mit was purely by accident and praying about it. Try it. You will be glad you did. Have the SNS done on your nails, you won't regret it.

Rachel did my nails and I love the way she does them. They look so natural and my set lasted 3 weeks. Patience does an amazing relaxing pedicure. Will definitely be back.

I don’t know his name, but quiet guy with the beard did my nails. It was one of the few times that I’ve not had to go home and make my nails look the way I really wanted. He is great at his craft. He checked with me about my satisfaction throughout the job and wasn’t taking personal calls or chatting. Staff was diverse, friendly and professional and the salon was clean. Will always come back and tip well!

I got a hot oil pedicure from Tina and she was amazing!! The massage was so divine I almost fell asleep a couple of times. She was so sweet and attentive! My feet feel so smooth and the gel color is beautiful and applied perfectly! I will definitely be coming back to see her and recommend the salon to all my friends!
