I always had a positive experience. I don't know why the negative reviews. I find him polite and efficient. Yes, sometimes the line may move very slowly, especially if there is only one employee working.

The main guy who works here is very nice and knowledgeable. He is a little bit slow, but that's just because he's engaging with each customer. Doesn't bother me.

I was a bit hesitant to visit due to the reviews but the man behind the counter was helpful and straightforward. Mainly giving 5 stars for the location being closer than DT San Mateo, Burlingame or Foster City.

Always excellent service. Mike is great. Highly recommend. I don’t know why there are any negative reviews. Doesn’t make sense to me. Been going here for decades. Mike always tries to help me lower the cost whenever possible and is so kind.

Great experience, hardly any wait, safe and distanced well, wears a mask, has plexi glass shields and always pleasant to work with! Also offers tap credit card feature for payment to avoid extra hand contact - much appreciated!

Love the guy who's always there~he's got a wicked dry sense of humor and always has the answers to even my silliest of questions! Great place with quick service!!!

The postmaster is nice, the place efficient...but why won’t this man wear a mask except around his neck?

The guy is so rude, I tried to mail a package three different times and he was being and ass about it, I think he should be fired. He completely was so rude and was messing with me. First I tried to mail it but I accidently put priority mail so I fixed it with a marker. I get back in line and I said can I have some tape to put around my package? He said sure Oh but I'm so sorry we only have priority mail tape? Seriously. So I leave and I find tape in my car, I tape it up and head back into the store. I get back in line and hand him the package, we are finally done and we are now charged 4.97, before it was 3.97. He claims Oh it is 4.97 because you used a marker... Really there was no price tag on it so how was I supposed to know? 😤😠 If you are reading this review please don't go here, yes it gets shipped but the man who works there is horribly rude! 😠😠

No regard for how long the line is; makes no effort to go quickly. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to ship one person's package.

Can't send a package overseas. They don't have the computer to create the declaration form. Way to go USPS.
