Dr Redden and her entire staff are AMAZING! Kind, compassionate, friendly and professional. I was treated as a human, not a number.
It was my first time and the amount of xrays that were taken, the scan of my teeth and the detailed “general” exam were way beyond my expectations.

Had to have a lower molar extracted, my anxiety was extreme but Dr Redden, her assistant and another team member helped me through the entire process. The ONLY thing I ever felt was the initial shot but it wasn't bad at all.

Thank you everyone in this office for your care and compassion for your patients.

I had a very good experience. X-ray tech, hygienist, and Dr. were all quite excellent and I had all questions answered. No one was pushing me to get on board by paying money up front!

Great service! From the ladies at the front desk, the person taking the X-rays, to the dental hygienist and the dentist. The office location in Winston Salem has plenty of parking and is easy to find (By Target). My experience was painless. I had an appointment at 8:30am and there was no wait. I liked the tablet provided by the front desk to add patient information. The office is extremely clean and all of the equipment in the rooms are the latest technology.

I first want to say if I have anything negative to say I won't say anything.... With that said after having had prior experiences with other providers , for me Aspen dental was a phenomenally positive experience ! Outstanding staff ! Totally professional and friendly interactions . The Winston-Salem North Carolina University parkway location is "for me", where to go ! Also perhaps as star ratings go they might want to add another star.

All the people that work at the office I went to: University Parkway, Winston Salem, NC, were very nice and friendly. The procedure I experienced was much less painful during and especially now, after than I expected.

Great customer service! Everyone was very friendly and helpful in communicating throughout my appointment, explaining findings, and helping me set up my next appointment. I was in and out in about an hour with all the information I needed.

It was an emergency appointment and they squeezed me right in. I have diabetes and my sugar crashed and one of the ladies ran to the gas station to get me a soda and would not even let me pay for it. Everyone in the office was pleasant, professional, and helpful. I would highly recommend this office for anyone needing a dentist.

Staff was wonderful and polite. Each did their respective jobs and I had a great experience there! Looking forward to my next visit!

The dentist pulled another tooth and they had a new upper and lower permanent partials and for the first time they fit perfectly. There are just a couple of small rough places that can be easily fixed but minor. Also the first time I cam eat with them in. I am 100% pleased. Dentist and Assistant were great

Aspen Dental is a great place to go for your dental appointment. It took a while to get processed in, but the wait was worth it. Helped me with my dental needs, and were able to get a deep cleaning the same day. Will be coming back soon.

I took my son in there today due to his current issues with infected wisdom teeth coming in & they were all incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! Especially Tiana, she’s the one who set my son up with his treatment plan and information folder. She included copies of his X-rays and medication, not to mention making sure we knew about their savings plan and such because they knew we were trying to get this accomplished on a budget. She was incredibly kind and professional! HIGHLY recommend their services !

I am so thrilled with the service and care that I received. I made a life altering decision with my teeth and It was painless. I actually wanted to hug her when I was done. I get so many compliments on my smile now. Highly recommend and so affordable.

This dentist I will recommend to anyone! I had 2 cavities in my mouth and both hurt so bad I could not bare the pain. The dentists I had took care of it really well but soon as I seen them teeth out of my mouth I wanted to throw both teeth across the room.

Other than them not accepting Medicaid insurance, overall it was a fast pleasant visit! Very people friendly
