My battery died right before I headed off on a road trip. I wasn’t sure if my battery still had a warranty so I called Desert Toyota and luckily it was covered. James Cowen in parts department stayed after hours to exchange my battery so I could take off. He was extremely friendly, helpful and went out of his way to help me.

Had to get a new car battery after our low temps. I went back to Desert Toyota because my previous battery lasted 5 yrs- the one prior to that 6 yrs.
I called ahead and they had the new battery ready, and I got a great deal, especially with credit from my old battery.
I checked other places, they only had 2-3 year batteries for pretty much the same price!! So, I'm a happy camper!!

I had a good experience with this store. The parts dept team was friendly and prompt helping me order a part over the phone, and placed a hold on the part after I expressed my interest. After I picked up and paid, we discovered the part was wrong, and they promptly processed a swap and helped ship the new part to my home.
